[Check-in Information]

The front desk is located on the 34th floor and operates from 10:00 to 19:00. Contactless service is available at all times.
★ Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Assistance is provided from 09:30 to 24:00. ★
1) At approximately 15:00 on the check-in date, a text message containing the room number and door-lock password will be sent to the contact number registered in the booking. Guests may enter directly without completing any additional procedures. Please make sure to check the message on the check-in date.
2) On the check-out date, guests may leave without completing additional procedures after disposing of recyclables and food waste and sending a message containing the room number and check-out information.
3) For luggage storage or assistance, please visit the information desk on the 34th floor.
4) Guests checking in after 21:30 should contact the property in advance.
5) The property cannot provide compensation for failure to check in if the guest does not provide a contact number or provides an incorrect number and therefore does not receive the check-in instructions.


Currency exchange kiosks are available within the property. (Customers who purchase Olive Young gift cards will receive an additional 7% credit.)
★ Rooftop Infinity Pool Closure Notice ★

To provide guests with a more comfortable environment, the rooftop infinity pool will permanently close effective October 1, 2026.
Guests planning to use the pool are advised to take this into consideration when making their plans. We sincerely thank all guests who have used the pool.

[Parking Information]

★ Advance parking registration is required. During check-in, please text your vehicle registration number from the mobile phone that received the password.
- Parking is available in the underground parking lot of the Elbon the Stay building and the mechanical parking facility within the property. (The parking facilities can accommodate up to 180 vehicles.)
- Parking fee: One vehicle per room, KRW 11,000 per night, payable on-site by bank transfer.
- Parking restrictions:
1) Entry and exit are unavailable from 22:00 to 06:00 the following day.
2) Vehicle size limits: length 5,205 mm, width 2,100 mm, height 1,900 mm, and weight 2,300 kg.
3) Large vehicles, including Carnival vehicles, cannot use the mechanical parking tower. Please park along the side line without obstructing traffic.
4) Tesla vehicles cannot use the mechanical parking tower due to vehicle weight restrictions. Please park along the side line. Other electric vehicles are permitted.
5) If the parking lot is full, guests must use a nearby parking lot. Parking fees will not be reimbursed.
6) Self-parking is available on basement level 1 from 22:00 to 06:00. The property is not responsible for accidents occurring in the parking lot.
