部屋はとても綺麗で、快適に過ごすことができました！あとベッドのマットレスの硬さがちょうどよく枕もいい感じだったので、旅の疲れを癒すことができました。日本語が話せるスタッフの方もいたので、夜遅くまでやっているお店を聞いたところ、お店に電話して予約をしてくれたり、とても親切でした。

We were very happy with our stay. Everyone at front desk and restaurant was very helpful. We are vegetarian and they gave us very good choices for breakfast. We liked the location. Train station is very close by and taxi can take you to downtown in 10 minutes.

Boede der sammen med min søn på 11 år. Vi elskede det her hotel. Og kan kun anbefale det til andre. God service med paraplyer når det regnede og beliggenheden var rigtig god. Centralt men alligevel ikke helt ude ved hovedvejen. Vi var vilde med det nærliggende street food (20 min. gåtur)

The staff were wonderful and helpful, a pleasant surprise that they all had English language skills (certainly better than my Korean). The room was modern, quiet, and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We had breakfast included, the selection got a little repetitive after 3 days, but it was well prepared. We also liked the location, we walked to just about everywhere. I would stay here again on future trips.

We really enjoyed our stay at ENA Suites. The hotel was very clean and room was spacious. The staff Luna Moon was very helpful in finding us a suite that we were happy with and provided top notch customer service. ENA suites is centrally located within walking distance to City Hall. Seoul subway stations, Myeondong shopping district and Namdaemun market. We would highly recommend travellers to stay at ENA suites as it provides outstanding value. This is a very nice hotel with beautiful decor and furniture. The hotel room is always clean and provides a lot of space so you can rest peacefully. It is also located in a central area where it is walking distance from the subway station, airport limousine station, restaurants and shops. It is a centrally located area to most of the main tourists attractions. The staff are very helpful and provide answers to your questions within minutes. The hotel also has amenities like laundry room, swimming pool and the fitness gym room. I would highly recommend people to stay there. The hotel definitely deserves winning all the awards over the years.

Location was great, just steps from the city hall subway stop. Be aware there was noise from local construction we could hear at night and in the morning. Nothing really the hotel can do about that so it didn’t feel fair have it effect the rating but worthy to note. We used the pool and fitness centre and also did laundry.

Good value, clean and centrally located - short drive to Seoul Station. We stayed here for 1 night before taking the Airport Express train back to Seoul Incheon. This was a convenient choice to be near Seoul Station. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was served by staff, rather than buffet style, which is nice, but in the early morning I just want to choose for myself from a selection, rather than wait to be served. For a business hotel, I found this a bit incongruous. But overall, I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay when visiting Seoul.

I didn’t use the amenities, but the hotel was great otherwise. Beautiful, clean, spacious deluxe king room. The hotel is quiet since it is tucked away in Namdaemun. But FYI, it’s a 9 minute walk from the hotel to the best hotteok ever! Also, Namdaemun Gate. I would absolutely stay here again.
