One vehicle per room is allowed.
Please make sure to check the check-in time on weekends and public holidays. (If you arrive early, parking and luggage storage are available—please contact the front desk.)

Basic Policies
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests for all room types except Twin Rooms and Suites.
Suites: standard occupancy 2, maximum 4.
Twin Rooms: standard occupancy 2, maximum 3. An additional fee applies for extra guests.
If you exceed the maximum occupancy without authorization, you will be required to check out immediately, and no refund will be provided.
For Suites and Twin Rooms, stays of 3 or more guests are allowed only if all guests are of the same gender.
Mixed-gender stays of 3 or more guests are strictly prohibited in all rooms.
To prevent incidents involving minors, we verify the ID of all guests (including companions) at check-in. If you do not have a valid ID, you may be denied check-in, and refunds will not be available.
For consecutive-night stays, an additional day-use fee will be charged.
Please strictly follow the check-in/check-out times so we can service and clean the rooms.
Pets are not allowed.
When leaving the property, please leave your key card at the front desk to reduce the risk of theft or loss.
Any damage to room fixtures/furniture (e.g., using candles, dyeing hair, throwing objects, etc.) will be charged to the guest.

Rental Items & Complimentary Services
Rental item: Gaming headset — available for free rental after leaving your ID at the front desk.
Complimentary items available: disposable chopsticks/spoon, contact lens case, contact lens solution, first-aid medicine, masks. Please request them at the front desk if needed.
Lost & found: Unclaimed items will be kept for up to 2 weeks and then disposed of.
