- Breakfast is not provided when you stay on a Sunday or public holiday and check out the next day on a weekday.

[Information]
- From 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM, elevator access is available only with your room key.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a room will incur a cleaning fee of KRW 100,000.
- Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, TVING, and Wavve are available free of charge in all rooms.
- All rooms are regularly disinfected by CESCO.
- All rooms are equipped with a Wind-Free air conditioner, air purifier, air dresser, and dedicated Wi-Fi (password: your room number).
- Self-service laundry is free. EV charging is available for a fee (self-service).
- One parking space is allowed per room.

[Important Notices]
- Balloons and party supplies are not permitted without prior approval.
- Guests are liable for any damage to the room, including stains on bedding caused by dye or other substances.
- Co-habitation by three or four guests who are not family members is not allowed. In such cases, guests will be required to check out immediately without a refund, with police present if necessary.
- Minors must provide a parental consent form for accommodation (based on the family register), and check-in is permitted only after verification by phone with the legal guardian.
- If minors engage in unauthorized co-habitation, drinking, or smoking, they will be required to check out immediately without a refund after verification by phone with the legal guardian.
- Food, toiletries, and cosmetics left after check-out will be discarded during cleaning. All other items will be kept as lost property for one month and then disposed of.

[Extra Guest Charges]
Your reservation confirmation shows the number of guests booked.
Please check the booked number of guests and the maximum occupancy. Any unpaid charges must be settled on site.
However, the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.
- From the standard occupancy up to the maximum occupancy: KRW 10,000 per additional guest (KRW 30,000 during peak season)
- Not subject to extra guest charges: None
- The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. If you arrive with more guests than allowed, no refund will be issued, and you must use the room within the maximum occupancy limit.

[Extra Bedding]

[Early Check-in / Late Check-out Charges]
- If you check in earlier or check out later than the times stated in your reservation, an additional charge of KRW 5,000 applies for every 30 minutes.
