Overall, a fantastic place to stay! This is a wonderful place to stay in Madrid. Apart from being well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable, it's in a great location with easy access to all areas of the city. When needed, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated having a washer and dryer, but were disappointed to learn there was no dryer. It posed a little bit of a problem because we didn't plan for it and air drying our clothes took longer than anticipated. They were able to provide one additional drying rack.4.4/527 Jun 2023

It's not luxury by any means. It amazes me that luxury suites are offered because they are conveniently located on a busy street close to restaurants and good for sightseeing. We had a spacious suite with two bedrooms, which was ideal for stuffing our luggage, as well as two well-equipped bathrooms. A kettle was provided for us when we requested a room. When you're away from home, the bed was cozy. There were three doormen there, but I don't want to offend the wrong ones. He was a lazy man who didn't appear to want to put his phone down to assist us with our luggage. We were on the top floor, and when we left the lift, there were around 10 stairs to haul the luggage up. He had disappeared.4.2/51 Jul 2023

This small hotel is a hidden gem! Luxury suites are conveniently located in the center of Madrid with access to public transportation just a few steps away. You can also walk to El Prado Museum and other museums nearby. The hotel is not really big but an apartment building converted into separate suites, clean and spacious. The concierge is polite and friendly and makes sure that you are completely satisfied and happy while you are there. Their breakfast on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the ayuntamiento and city hall, is abundant and delicious.4.2/51 Aug 2022

If you want to spend a long time in Madrid, I would definitely stay here. The location was excellent, close to the Prado, other museums, and the retirement park. Other sites are around 15 to 20 minutes away by walk, with restaurants and other attractions usually around 15 to 20 minutes away. We only ate at the hotel on the roof, which was a little pricey for what we got. Instead, we dined at the vip next door. The hotel employees were exceptionally nice and helpful when we requested assistance or advice. The large room with the living room, kitchen, and bedroom was good for us. It's pleasant to unwind at night, or simply to spread out. There was ample room to warm up leftovers or, in our situation, buy food and prepare breakfast in the apartment, and the kitchen had an espresso machine, a refrigerator, washer, and a microwave.Location
