[Indoor swimming pool usage information]
- Lotte City Hotel Mapo’s indoor swimming pool is a paid facility exclusively for hotel guests.
- Usage fee: Adults 20,000 won/day Children 10,000 won/day
- Operating hours: 08:00 ~ 22:00 (maintenance hours 12:00 ~ 13:00)
- Large tubes and water play equipment other than child safety tubes and life jackets are prohibited.
- You must wear a swimsuit and a swimming cap (swimming caps are limited to indoor swimming caps, not caps. If not worn, you cannot use the swimming pool)
- No food allowed in the swimming pool.
※ Please note that the swimming pool is expected to be crowded on weekends and public holidays.
※ To ensure comfortable and safe operation, entry may be restricted if the number of people exceeds the appropriate number.


[Group Reservation Policy]
- Reservations of five or more rooms with the same check-in date will be classified as group reservations and will be subject to separate payment and cancellation policies.
- Payment must be completed within 48 hours of the reservation being made.
- Reservations paid within the specified period will be subject to restricted cancellation and modification conditions. Please note that refunds may not be available in such cases.
- If payment is not completed within the specified period or we are unable to contact you, the reservation may be automatically canceled.

※ Reservations of five or more rooms with the same check-in date—including separate bookings identified as belonging to the same party due to matching guest names, contact information, payment methods, or other details—will be classified as group reservations and subject to the separate policies outlined above.

This policy is implemented to ensure smooth room inventory management and stable reservations for all guests.
Different policies and additional charges may apply when booking five or more rooms.

Due to the card payment issue, please write the same name on the reservation name and the real guest name. Check-in is not possible if the reservation name and the real guest name do not match at the time of check-in. For more information, please contact Agoda Customer Center (02-6022-2445).
Guests may be asked to present identification at check-in to verify their reservation details. If they refuse to present ID, or provide false, forged, altered, or someone else’s identification, their stay may be denied.

The name of the guest checking in must match the reservation, ensure the guest name is correct at the time of reservation.

During the preparation period for the newly renovated space, breakfast will be provided as a carefully prepared to-go box.

To offer a higher level of culinary experience and a more pleasant environment, renovation work will be carried out.

[Fitness Center]
• Operating Hours: 06:00 ~ 22:00 (4th floor)
• Free for guests (bring your own gym clothes and sneakers)

Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided to help reduce the use of disposable products as part of the ‘Re:think’ campaign. (Effective as of April 15, 2022)
If necessary, please go 7-Eleven Convenience store on the 2nd floor

Because of the credit card payment issue, please make sure the name of the reservation and the name of the real guest have to be same.
