ㅁ Barbecue
Provided items: charcoal, grill set.
Usage fee: KRW 30,000 for 3-4 people (payment on-site).
Barbecue can be done on the terrace right in front of the accommodation.
Charcoal is optional and must be requested by 18:00 on the day of check-in.
Grilling of meat or seafood inside the room is prohibited, and the use of burners or electric grills is not allowed.

ㅁ Number of Guests
An additional fee of KRW 30,000 per person is charged for extra guests beyond the standard capacity.
Free for up to 36 months (no bedding provided, no cooking utensils provided, no chairs, etc.).
Unauthorized entry beyond maximum occupancy will result in forced eviction without refund.
Additional guests incur charges even if they do not stay overnight.
Minors are not allowed to make reservations or stay without a guardian present.

ㅁ Rooms with hot water are available in Building C.
Optional and incurs an additional cost of KRW 100,000 per use.
Maintains a temperature of 33-40 degrees Celsius for up to 4 hours from initial use.
Hot water is prepared by heating clean water in the boiler on the day of use, requiring a preparation time of 4-5 hours.
Please inform us of your desired usage time via text or phone call at least one day prior to check-in.
Guests accompanied by infants/toddlers must be accompanied by a guardian to use the swimming pool.
The host is not responsible for accidents caused by personal/guardian negligence.
Bath salts, oils, or any other contaminants are prohibited from use in the pool.

ㅁ Outdoor Pool
Open from June to September 2024.
Free of charge, cold water (non-recirculated, so it may be chilly).
It is recommended to wear a swimming cap, aqua shoes (watch for slippery surfaces), and children under 130cm must wear a life jacket.
Bath salts, oils, or any other contaminants are prohibited from use in the pool.
Guests accompanied by infants/toddlers must be accompanied by a guardian to use the swimming pool.
The host is not responsible for accidents caused by personal/guardian negligence.
There may be instances of leaves or other debris entering the pool due to nearby trees.

All children and infants are considered adults for occupancy purposes.
All special requests are subject to availability.
An additional charge will be required for use of the property facilities such as BBQ, swimming pool, and spa.
Availability of property facilities may be subject to weather conditions or property related circumstances.
Check-in may be rejected if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Guests are required to provide a phone number at which property can reach them, when making the reservation.
Guests arriving after 07:00 PM(KST) are required to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
