The location is convenient, with a close proximity to insadong street market and just stepping away from jongno 3 railway station. They also provide free breakfast and selfservice laundry. The boss is nice and the front desk staff is very friendly.

Its a positive experience, the environment is peaceful, hygienic and clean, and the boss is very humble and friendly. It is not far from the gheong wa dae of gleongbokgung palace, just walk. The only drawback is that you live on the third floor, there is no elevator, or floor heating is scheduled.

The atmosphere was very comfortable, even though the condition was cold and the floor was warm. The staff were so nice, everything was smooth. The room was quite clean. Also the bathroom had a bad smell and dirty, with old joints and mold on the walls. They have a small fridge that can hold a bottle of juice, batter, jam, milk, chocolate cereals, and muesli antes some small sweet biscuits.

Kamarnya luas dan pribadi untuk harganya. Istana Changdeokgung, Istana Gyeongbokgung dan Insadong juga berada di dekatnya. Lokasinya berada di antara Stasiun Anguk dan Stasiun Anguk. Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke Myeong-dong jika Anda berusaha keras, tetapi akan lebih cepat jika Anda menggunakan kereta bawah tanah atau taksi. Ada AC di musim panas, tapi dingin di musim dingin. Saya bangun kedinginan karena saya jarang mendengarkan Ondol seperti sebelumnya dan kasurnya tipis. Selain itu, ada bau kotoran yang terus-menerus, jadi jika Anda bisa menahannya, itu bagus mengingat ukurannya. Tekanan air di kamar mandi juga ditingkatkan dan sekarang cukup bahkan di lantai tiga. Secara keseluruhan tidak jorok, tapi bagian-bagian kecilnya kotor, jadi saya tidak merekomendasikannya untuk orang yang mengutamakan kebersihan. Kalau tidak keberatan mandi dan tidur saja tidak masalah. Akan lebih baik jika mereka bisa menghilangkan bau kotoran, tapi saya pikir saya akan menggunakannya lagi (lol)

I've stayed in Sae since about a dozen times now, and the area offers great value and the management goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The location is great, the extra services included in the room fee are outstanding, and it's the only place I'll stay while in Seoul.
