[Extra Guest Policy (Beyond Standard Occupancy)]
· The standard occupancy shown in the app is based on 2 guests, and the maximum occupancy varies by room type.
· Additional charges apply for guests beyond the standard occupancy (2 guests); please contact the property in advance for bedding availability and any other extra charges.
· If not requested in advance, bedding may not be provided due to limited stock, and check-in may be restricted.
· Extra guest fee: KRW 10,000 per person on weekdays; KRW 20,000 per person on weekends, public holidays, and the day before public holidays.

[Room Key Card Notice]
· The room key card provided by the property is registered to the property’s door lock system and internal program.
· Unregistered key cards or other items may not be recognized; the key cards are specially manufactured and can only be produced via bulk orders.
· To prevent loss or damage, please leave the key card at the front desk whenever you go out or check out (the front desk may be temporarily unattended due to property duties, but staff will assist you promptly if you contact the phone number provided at the front desk).
· If the key card is lost or damaged, a re-issuance fee will be charged due to re-ordering and system re-registration.
[ID Verification Notice]
· ID verification is required for all guests before check-in.
· If you do not bring a valid ID, check-in may be denied, and cancellations/refunds due to failure to present an ID may not be permitted.
· Photos or copies of an ID are not accepted; only a physical ID is valid.

[Confirmation]
· The main images shown at the time of booking may differ by room grade, and different room types may exist within the same grade.
· Although we would like to provide images for every room, representative images are displayed due to photography limitations; other rooms may have the same basic layout but may differ from what you expect based on the representative images.
· If you do not wish to be assigned a room that differs from the representative images, please confirm room availability for the relevant images with the property before the check-in time shown in the booking app.
· If there are no issues with the room itself, cancellations or refunds may be declined after the scheduled check-in time solely due to the room image being different from expectations.
· No cancellations or refunds will be provided if check-in is denied due to a mixed-gender booking involving minors.
