Great hotel to stay at in Seoul. It is very close too many of the stations when going out to explore and the staff was great to let us know how to work the AC and other amenities that they have at their hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a very cool design for their interior.

室内は綺麗で快適でした。床暖房で暖かく、簡易キッチン、レンジまであります。お茶と茶器、カトラリー、お皿はありますが、マグカップがなかったのが残念。持参したコーヒーはダイソーで紙コップ買って飲みました。 2連泊でしたが清掃はなしだったものの、リネン類は交換、ゴミも回収がありました。水は500ml×2本が人数分補充されます。ヴィダルサスーンのドライヤーが2つ室内に備えられていました。長い髪もすぐに乾かせて良かったです。リビングでyoutube観ながらワイワイ楽しんだあとは、寝る部屋を別々にできるので、プライベート空間もあってストレス溜まりません。壁が薄いのか、多少隣室の音は気になりますが、そんなもんかなぁと。市庁駅周辺は静かだし飲食店も多く、景福宮まで徒歩で行けるし、南大門市場とか明洞も徒歩で行けちゃいます。次回もここに泊まりたいです。フロントは日本語通じませんが、簡単な英語でコミュニケーション取れます。コインランドリーもありました。あえて言うなら、シャワールームの水がドアのパッキンが甘いのかちょっと外に出てしまうくらいでしょうか。水浸しになる訳では無いので許容範囲だと思います。

Rooms were clean, laundry conveniently located on the 3rd floor which makes it easy. Whilst the rooms were on the smaller size, it did have a nice Japanese-homey type feel to it.

とても清潔で素敵な客室でした。キッチンが広く、冷蔵庫が2つあるので大変助かりました。大家族ですが広々と過ごす事が出来て、大満足です。日本語が上手なスタッフの方が丁寧に説明して下さる点も安心出来てこちらに滞在を決めて本当に良かったです。次回ソウルに行く時もまた利用したいと思います。

オンドルは素晴らしい体験でしたが、各部屋で温度調整できないので、暑がりの方だと大変かもしれません。スタッフはフレンドリーで楽しい滞在ができました。価格帯も高めなので、受付までのビルの入り口やエレベーターがもう少し期待感が高まるような造りになると更に良いと思いました。

Clean room, complete amenities - nice shower gel, microwave/ stove (did not use), 2 mini fridges, had to request for iron and provided promptly, comfy beds, friendly staff and free laundry facilities at reception level. We chose the 8 ppl room although there was 6 of us so we had a bit more space. It was good to stay as a family. Common area was aesthetic but I am not sure practical (floor sitting and stone walkway) but thats fine, minor. Other than the main room which had 2 queens and ensuite, the other two rooms were small, no space to open a luggage, which we worked around, we placed in the common area and walk way so not an issue, just an observation. Location was great, close to bus and trains, convenience store, McDonalds and Olive Young and cafes were also a stone throw away. From the outside, it is definitely unassuming. The lift was quite small, you can also take the stairs up but there is a restaurant on the second level so food / storage smell is evident. The walk to the hotel has a few restaurants so there is rubbish around and it just didnt feel quite clean (unrelated to the hotel). There are no views from the room. We were on the fifth floor and did not encounter any noise from the restaurants.

This property is conveniently located and it is clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us a little was the construction (daily) and loud speakers (Sat morning only) noise in the early morning hours. Overall, it was a good stay for us.
