[1] Age Requirement
The minimum age for all guests is 19 years. In accordance with local regulations, individuals under the age of 19 are not permitted to stay, even when accompanied by a parent or guardian. This policy applies to all occupants listed in the reservation.
Please note that guests born in 2007, for example, are only eligible to stay after their 19th birthday in 2026.
Reservations made for underage guests are non-refundable and cannot be canceled free of charge.

[2] Unmanned Check-in System
Upflo Hostel operates a self check-in system. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via your booking platform message before 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

[3] Lounge Facilities
Our guest lounge is located on Basement Level 1 and is available daily from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Guests are welcome to use shared amenities including a coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator.

[4] Guest Assistance
For any inquiries, please press “1 + Call” on the phone located on the first floor, or contact us through your reservation platform.

[5] Housekeeping Services
Complimentary cleaning service is provided once for stays of 7 nights or longer.
For shorter stays, housekeeping is available at an additional charge of KRW 20,000 per service.
Advance reservation (at least one day prior) is required and availability may vary depending on the schedule.


[6] Towel Replacement
For fresh towels, please place used towels in the basket inside the closet and leave it outside your door in the morning. Kindly notify us within the morning hours, and we will arrange a replacement.
Please note that daily room cleaning service is not provided.

[7] Room Access
All rooms are accessible via a pre-assigned security password, which will be provided prior to check-in.

[8] Cooking Policy
Cooking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and throughout the building.

[9] Delivery Policy
As there is no designated storage area for deliveries, we kindly ask that packages or food deliveries are scheduled only during your stay period.

[10] Cafe Benefits
Guests may enjoy exclusive discounts at the “Orbin” Café located on the first floor.
Benefits include 50% off Americano and 10% off other menu items.
Discounts are available upon reservation confirmation and are valid only during your stay.

Please note that parking facilities are not available at the hostel.
