Lost and Found Policy
If lost items are found, we will not contact you separately and they will be automatically disposed of after the storage period expires.

[Storage Period]
Lost Food and Beverage Items: Discarded on the day of check-out.
General Lost Items: Discarded after storage for up to 30 days from the date of discovery.

[Liability for Lost Items]
Guests are responsible for their valuables and lost items. The hotel is not responsible for any lost items after check-out.
Please check your belongings before check-out.

[Pick-up Method]
Items can only be picked up at the front desk. (No courier delivery available.)

Minors who are not accompanied by a legal guardian (parent) are not allowed to check in. If a booking is cancelled due to this reason, no refund will be provided. IDs will be checked for all guests at check-in, and if you fail to present a valid ID, your stay may be denied and no refund will be issued.

The bed type is assigned according to the type of bed you booked.
The underground parking lot in the hotel is free of charge, however due to limited space parking is not guaranteed.
If the hotel's underground parking lot is full, no additional parking guidance is provided.
Parking lots may be crowded on weekends and holidays, so public transportation is recommended.
If you book a pedestrian-only room and arrive by car, a parking fee of KRW 5,000 per night will apply.
