This business hotel is from that generation. The rooms are very big, bathroom has two tone marble tiles, and the door has a chainlock, so it was from that generation. However, the room has a safe and a kettle, with a view of a busy road below. It is located in a madrid suburb, close to a bus and metro station but also close to some major attractions. The room was very comfortable but even from the first floor you could hear road traffic. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are many restaurants and cafes right around the corner as well as a supermarket. The nearby bus station at Av America offers bus service to the airport so it's ideal if your flying off the next day.

The rooms are really nice, the cleanliness is also good, the room is also well-equipped. The gym size is small and the AC doesn't work every week. I'm surprised this hotel is a star hotel. I also can't see the nightly breakfast, that is strange. After that, breakfast only $11 per day.

I didn't stay in room 613 until the checkout started on 1510. Since it was quite close to the venue I had to visit, I made my reservation through the office agency purely as a convenience. The building is lovely, but most likely I was a victim of unlucky circumstance because the room I was given was quite awkwardly arranged. When it was time to roll the suitcase, I untidied one and to my surprise, realized that it had already been utilized. I tried the other bed at the beginning of the morning since it was well after 100, and I could see fold marks on the sheets. I snuck in and didze off because of my proper schedule.

I've stayed at this hotel twice, and this is the second time, and this hotel has a perfect price-quality ratio. It's not brand new, but it's a modern hotel, and the rooms are roomy and peaceful. My room, which has a floor, smells nice and clean and has a nice view of the city. With standard bathroom amenities and a minibar, there is no coffee maker in the room, which is why I only award 4 stars. Metro line 7 is at 1 minute's walk away, and you can change trains to downtown. In about 20 minutes, one change will take you to the fema fairgrounds by Metro Line 4. This is a well-connected location to stay even not in the city center. A really good and varied breakfast, and a friendly and helpful staff.
