City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.50 per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.25 Euro per person per night in Barcelona (1 Euro in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.75 Euros per person, per night in Barcelona (0.50 Euros in Catalonia).

This is an additional charge and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
A bank pre-authorization is required at reception to guarantee room access. Guests must present a credit card upon arrival. Visa Electron, Maestro, and prepaid bank cards are accepted for pre-authorization.
