The cleanliness of the rooms was good, but the bed linen and shower had hair in them. And then, no hot water for showering in the evenings, after that it was reported, but nothing was done about it.

The price is worth it, the hotel cleanliness is good. The employee was very friendly. The room has a balcony which has seating and is cozy.

It is highly recommended! Located close to the Old City center, the walking street, and the many historic landmarks such as the birthplace of Cervantes. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the rooms were completely adequate, spotless, and well-equipped. In front of the hotel, there is free parking available. There is a coffee shop in the structure with a lovely terrace.

I chose this hotel because it was outside Madrid and close to the airport. In 2025, you can get to the airport with ease. The hotel itself was fine, the staff was kind, and I paid 2, 5 more to take the breakfast which was also fine. Parking is available in front of the hotel, but my two days there were always packed so I had to park my car on the street. If you wish, you may also dine in the hotel's restaurant all evening until 22:30. Not the finest spanish food of my life, but when you're tired and don't want to leave, perfect and again the staff is friendly.

I had a great time while on my trip. The location is 1015 minutes by walk from the city center. The place is clean, and the receptionist is kind and helpful! Thank you for everything. price and efficiency hotel. I wouldn't have had to look elsewhere.
