If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. No Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. Smoking is prohibited inside  the apartment. But smoking is allowed  on the terrace. No party in the apartment. Pets not allowed. I ask the courtesy not to sit with wet swimsuits on the bed....on the sofa....and on the cloth chairs. There is a risk that they can be indelibly Stained (the pool water contains Chlorine!)!!! In case of stains, the relative costs of damages will be charged. Guests are kindly asked to leave the pots, pans and dishes clean at the time of check out. Please ....treat this apartment as if it were yours! Common sense and education will always be the better rules to be applied. Check-in; from 15,00 h. Check-out;am -check-in : it’s free..... till 20,30. -for Check-in.... from 20,30 to 23,59 , there is a fee for nightly check-in of 20 euro for my assistant Ania. Check-in; from 15,00 h. Check-out; 11,00 am maximum. . Al check-out si chiede di lasciare la cucina in ordine, con piatti, bicchieri e pentole lavati e puliti . Si chiede semplicemente un minimo di collaborazione ,attenzione e cura. Si prega anche di non fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.
