In September 2022, we spent ten days there. The employees are the hotel's greatest asset, though. The restaurant, dining, and bar personnel were all extremely friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The entertainment crew, particularly Johnathon, deserves special recognition. Everyone was made to feel at ease and part of the fun by making everyone feel at home. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of buffet choices, but there was never a night when we couldn't locate something we liked to eat. Without a doubt, I would stay at this hotel and plan to return soon.

Overall, we had a great time at the hotel. The hotel is in a peaceful location, right next to the little beach, but close to pubs, restaurants, and pool. Nice pool area. Sadly, we were unable to use the pool as much as we would have liked due to a large storm the day we arrived and it was freezing afterwards! What was wonderful was that there was a pile of pool noodles and floats that anyone could use. Now for the rest.. The food was largely okay, but there was far too much veal, pork, and fish. Repeating the same thing was difficult and started very late. There were hardly any kids in the hotel but regularly two of the main choices were beef burgers without buns or anything and chicken nuggets! The accommodations required upgrading. There was a lot of flies on the cuisine, though, but the bed was old but reasonably comfortable. The staff was also quite rude and offensive. This point is completely out of the hands of the hotel, but some of the other guests were really rude and unpleasant. One night we tried to watch the singers but a large group of guests shouted and insulted the act and were usually so loud and annoyed that we had to battle with the shower curtain. We had to pay for alcoholfree beer, which has always been included in every other hotel weve been to.

As a couple, we stayed here in September on the way to Ciutadella on previous visits to the area, and before we left we decided our next vacation would be here! We've been to the Global Hotels before, and this one is one of them, arguably the smallest yet unquestionably the cleanest. All of the employees are pleasant and incredibly helpful, bringing us a nice relaxed atmosphere and peaceful evenings. We do not take part in the animation team activities, but they were excellent and no pushy at all. The food selection was a little smaller than in other hotels in the chain, but they were always something and the quality was excellent. Once again, the restaurant was always spotless, and meals were often replenished. Typically, there are a selection of drinks and brands if you want to buy. Would highly suggest visiting, rent a car, and discover! The hotel even had an electric car power socket, and we had a wonderful time there and will stay there again.

To say it was wonderful is an understatement. From the moment we got there until we were gone, the staff is outstanding. We were given a room on the first floor with a partial sea view, which was wonderful, the room was roomy, and the bathroom was of a very good size. The personnel were always pleasant and welcoming, and the meals were varied and diverse every day at the bar. The swimming pool was the only serious issue for me because there were no steps in the shallow end, but after speaking with natalia at the reception, we were informed that they had broken and that new ones were in progress, which did not have a large impact on our vacation because the ocean is warm and quiet, so I decided to swim in the sea instead. The wifi occasionally was very slow or void, perhaps there could be a better system that those who wanted to could spend more for. On the plus side, one day we spoke with natalia and said it was difficult to get into the bath after taking a shower, we departed for a few hours and upon our return, a well-made handrail had been installed. We were so delighted with our holiday that we already made plans again for the following year. Congratulations to all the team, see you soon and thank you.

I had a great time at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the selection of food was good. We had a great room with a view of the cove, which was simple but had everything you needed. It was a 1015 minute walk to the center, where most bars, restaurants and entertainment were. We were all inclusive so only went there a few times. We also visited Cittadella, which has a lovely harbor and is well worth the visit. Overall, a wonderful vacation in Senora.
