Despite being let down and a hasty and costly flight arranged home, I cannot express how much I value this hotel. The general manager, Karin, presented the bad news in a caring and competent manner and went above and beyond to help us navigate this difficult situation. I cannot commend karin and the hotel more highly than we do, even though we are still out of pocket and we have yet to receive a refund for our reservation on top of the flight. It is a magnificent hotel, tastefully decorated the photos do not do it justice, and run by a highly competent staff. We will undoubtedly return to this hotel in the future because it's like Mallory, a well-maintained secret!.

The hotel is excellent, and the employees are friendly and do everything they can to make you a relaxing stay. Brian is so special, and Enrico made us feel at ease, we were like family when we got home. We have stayed in a number of five-star hotels all over the world, and the breakfast is of the highest caliber. We appreciate all the employees for being so exceptional.
