I was in the hotel with my son. Room was nice and clean, we had booked it with view to the ocean. Personell is extremely considerate and friendly, everybody was always smiling, it sometimes made us feel guilty because the demands/ workload on everybody seemed to be high. Quality and variety of buffet were ok. Stairs lead right from the pool area down to the ocean and a little secluded cove a bit separate from the main beach of Costa Calma, so it was not too busy there. Only downside was that the pool chairs were obviously not available in sufficient numbers and all chairs close to the seafront were blocked by 9 AM with towels (which was prohibited but not enforced).

Great food at both dinner and breakfast, the beach is excellent for walking and swimming. There was unfortunately no kettle for hot water in the room and the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Instead of Nescafe machines dispensing low-quality 'instant' coffee, the hotel could have provided a large pot of simple filter coffee for guests.

Die Umgebung in Costa Calma ist sehr schön, Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Besonders begeistert war ich über die Auswahl beim Abendessen. Ein Nachteil ist höchstens, dass der Flughafen so weit entfernt ist; Taxi geht da ins Geld.

We had a great all inclusive stay at Tindaya. Service was excellent, staff very keen to assist us with our daughter who became poorly whilst away and make sure we were comfortable. We felt well cared for, food was good quality and lots of choice- same for drinks, stunning setting, a great place to stay.

We stayed AI Privilege which was definitely a highlight. Having access to the privilege facilities was definitely worth the extra money. The room was spotless and the food was delicious. Would definitely re book.

Really loved our 5 night stay here. We had the privilege booking and had access to extra amenities. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Kids loved it with all the pools and splash park along with the kids club. The spa was lovely, and the hotel was clean and modern. Staff were mainly friendly, except a few members of staff- who I think were tired/over worked. Only down side would be the buffet doesn’t have a huge range of food- however I didn’t go hungry and had access to both à la carte restaurants. Would really recommend on the whole.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, es hat mehrere Pools und sorgt daher gut für Abwechslung. Es gab Abendshows, Aquafit mit toller Musik, Minigolf etc. Die Liegen durfte man nicht reservieren was grösstenteils auch eingehalten wurde (meiner Meinung nach optimal da auch Nachmittags noch Liegen am Pool frei waren). Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, immer frisch und originell dekoriert. Das Personal stehts freundlich, hilfsbereit und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Das Oasis Wildlife ist auch in der Nähe und am Strand weiter nördlich kann man zu fuss eine tolle Strandbar mit ebenfalls leckerem Essen besuchen. Die Atmosphäre war stehts stimmig, der Ausblick aufs Meer vom Pool aus optimal. Das einzig Negative: im all you can eat Restaurant hatten wir meistens einen Tisch der wackelte. Komme gerne wieder.

This is a lovely hotel, it is extremely clean and well looked after. The room was comfortable. There was a wide variety of food at all meal times. The pool areas are fabulous and the views of the ocean are incredible. The only downside is the area, although there are beaches all around the hotel, the area is very quiet with not many bars or shops around. But a lovely stay
