Tosi hyvä kokemus, olin ensin 2 viikkoa, jatkiin sitten vielä viikolla ja vielä yhdellä 😀 Aallon kohina on ihana ja siihen nukahtaa välittömästi kun ikkunat on öisin raollaan. Vapaaehtoiset pyörittävät hostelia ja saattavat olla ensimmäistä kertaa saarella, joten paikallisilta saa infoa esim ravintoloissa, jos jotakin tarvitsee tietää.

Hide house is everything you need. You are first greeted by friendly staff and volunteers who are always willing to help with anything you need. They make you feel like at home. Their priority is to keep the house clean and they are really working on it, as all the rooms are cleaned daily. You have a nicely equipped common space with a kitchen ocean view, fridge, and lots of space for your luggage in a room and food. A great opportunity to get to know new people and enjoy sunsets on the roof terrace with friends. Highly recommended for a relaxing, fun and social stay on the wonderful Las Camera beach in Las Palms.

There was a boat party, a rooftop, a rooftop, a fajita night, and friendly and sociable people were all possible. Because there was a rooftop, there was a very organized and communal vibe, and the volunteers arranged fantastic excursions to the mountains, seeing the sunset from the top of the mountain, hiking, skydiving, surfing, yoga, and a boat party, they had anything. I also suggest this dorm to anyone looking for a party hostel because it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. And, a special thanks to luisa, she deserves a raise 3.

I had a wonderful time at hiding. Amazing place, great hostel team, and interesting people from all over the world. I learned surfing and snorkeled the coral reef is directly across the door from the hostel! I'm glad I stayed in such a nice place.

We spent one night at HiTide,but could have spent there even more time,like a week or two. For a hostel,HiTide is really worth the money. It's new,clean, room was nice, the look of the hostel is fresh and has a lot of nice little details. Hostel was really clean and tidy,which is really important to me. The location is good,especially for those who want to be close to the beach. You just have to walk out of the door and you are in the beach. It's also easy to get to other places in Las Palmas,either by bus or by foot. For example,biggest shopping center,Las Arenas is really close,as El corte Ingles too. And there's a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. We found HiTide as a really good hostel,it is really forth the money. And the staff was also really nice and helpful. One small minus was that the internet didn't work at our room (downstairs),in upper floors it worked fine. But if you are going to Las Palmas,and want to go to a hostel,just go to HiTide,you will love it! :)

Llegamos a HiTide por nuestra reserva vacacional el día 28 de junio, la cual ya estaba pagada de forma online, y nos quisieron volver a cobrar porque no tenían ningún tipo de organización ni de conocimiento de dicha reserva. La chica de recepción no hablaba español, y con cada problema nos dejaba a la espera para preguntar al manager, Max, el cual no nos facilitó su número. Ya de inicio nos pareció que había falta de limpieza, nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que habíamos reservado. A la noche, cuando nos disponíamos a dormir, nos empezó a picar todo, encendimos la luz y teníamos una plaga de bichos (creemos que chinches) en el cabecero de la cama. Eran cerca de las 2am, nos facilitaron otra habitación en la planta de abajo y también tenía los mismos bichos. Terminamos “no durmiendo” en medio de un pasillo hasta la hora de poder ir a lavar la ropa, perdiendo así nuestra excursión planificada de vacaciones.
