The location is ideal. Close to all the restaurants, shopping and theaters on Calle Gran via. The old town and Plaza Mayor are both close by. It is secure and a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle because it is on the ninth level of an apartment building with a strong latch front door. The staff was very helpful. I stayed in a single room with a private toilet and shower. The room was quite clean and hospitable. Although small, for a solo traveler it was quite comfy. Without a doubt, I would return.

I was very surprised when I discovered a compact, spotless hostel on the top level of a building. It appeared quiet because there were not many rooms. It was a separate room with a coffee maker and a variety of food options to choose from, and you could be relaxing there with confidence. Well situated near Gran Via. Recommended.

We're really surprised by how amazing this place is. This hotel offers a superb value for the money. All major tourist attractions are within walking distance, including Palace Real, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Espana, Retirement, and Merced San Miguel. There are a lot of stores and tape bars around. It's amazing if you're traveling alone because there were a lot of happenings. My room was fantastic, as I had my own bathroom and warm shower. Every day, they cleaned the room. The tiny balcony from which I can view Gran through was what I enjoy. The sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. I suggest taking this room. Although I'm not sure who the staff members' names, she was kind and fluent in English. She has allowed me to say things on my own, which I enjoy.

If I am being completely honest, I am not a highmaintenance hostess in hostels. If I am being true to myself, I booked the hostel belay by mistake, by not wearing my glasses and who knew hotels. Com also had hostals on it? We had only been there for a few hours before leaving at a certain time to the airport. I saw the reasonable price, in a fantastic area, and four stars and hit the book. Then I read hostel not hotel. I wasnt certain what I was getting into here and was prepared to leave despite having committed to the room. The room was very small but immaculately clean. The bathroom was tiny but immaculate. The beds were comfy, albeit a little noisy, and the linens were spotless. The front desk man was very friendly and helpful. He found me extra pillows did I mention high maintenance? but also sick and assisted me in finding a 24-hour pharmacy in the middle of the night. The hostel belay is not the ritz, but its a very clean room in a secure neighborhood and a great location with kind and helpful staff. For those who enjoy hostels, I would strongly suggest it.
