Los que trabajan en la recepción, groseros, patanes y mas una señora de lentes, ella piensa que les están dando posada de gratis a la gente . A ver no se si sea la dueña o que , pero que tipa mas grocera,y el otro chico bueno peor ,lo demás súper bien.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. The rooms are simple but spotless, and I presumed they have undergone relatively recent renovations. We stayed in a triple room. Strangely, we had a coffee maker, but only one sachet and only one cup! The reception is on the one side, while the rooms are on the one side and are shared with other hotels in the same building. There is a lift, but it is slow and not substantial. Overall, excellent value. However, the fact that we had to leave our bags at reception because we had to arrive early because we were interacting with other people in the city in the afternoon was one significant letdown. It was impossible to get to the rooms before three because we knew we could not do so before three. However, when we got back to collect our goods, the 24-hour reception was unstaffed, so we had to wait more than a half hour to collect our bags. While this didn't matter, everything was fine.

We decided to stay here because the location was good as well, with a good breakfast and a complete setup. There are many businesses within the same building, but the receptionist speaks little English. Our room was also stylish and well-designed. The bathroom was modern and the shower was powerful. The room itself had a fridge, no coffee machine, no coffee air conditioning and a microwave. The location is also close to the many restaurants. There is no opportunity to eat breakfast at this hotel.

I stayed for three nights and I have to say that I was impressed by the high standard which was offered. The hostel is located on the main road and most of the main attractions are a walk away. The room was newly decorated with ac, to, mini fridge, private bathroom, and most of the accessories that some time you wouldn't even find in a four-star hotel in the uk. Although the hostel offers breakfast at an additional cost, we opted to have breakfast elsewhere. For shopping enthusiasts, most of the famous chain story are located on this main street. I recommend this hostel if you are not looking for the trills and details and want to get your money's worth.

I recommend this hotel. I stayed with two friends in this hotel, which is in a fantastic location, directly in the heart of Madrid. The employee was good and helpful. The room was warm and clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Stunning panoramas from our room's top floor. Very modern hotel on Gran Via, directly across from Calla Square. There was a slight issue when we arrived because the hotels name was not displayed outside the building, instead, we were located by the number. We had breakfast on the third floor of the structure with breathtaking views. The fact that we were only given a one-card ticket to enter our room was another flaw. When we requested a second card, they responded that they could not. Apart from that, we were very pleased and would want to stay there again because it was quite central and extremely close to the Calla Metro station.

Clean room, but the entrance and check in process genuinely seems so sketchy. The walls are ridiculously thin but for the price and area the room is great and clean.
