I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a great time. Excellent value for the money and in a good location. At check in, the receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming. The room is tiny and basic, but very clean, and the bathroom is nice and has an amazing shower. It was occasionally a little loud because of maybe the walls are a little thin, but I don't think that's the issue, the problem is other guests who don't regard other guests and just slam their doors and talk loudly in the corridors. I'd certainly consider returning.

I spent just one night here, and I was incredibly pleased with the price and comfort of this modest hotel! I adored the existence of air conditioning, and the room was quite clean and cozy. The personnel was very kind and helpful in navigating the city, and the location is ideal for walking metro to many excellent restaurants and entertainment. I suggest Lena, a tapas bar just down and across the street for lunch or supper!.

The hotel has a pretty good location, there was a limited number of beds and the nightstand was missing. The bed is very uncomfortable, and the room is tiny but the bathroom is complete. There was no breakfast, but there was a way to leave your bags free of charge. Kind staff, either English does not speak a lot.

If you want to spend a few days in Madrid, this is a good place to stay. Just a few minutes from the famous Gran Via and 2 metro stations on various arteries, it allows you to achieve all your important tourist objectives in a very short time. The location is not too large but very clean. The staff is very friendly and can give you all the information you need. As we arrived very early and left late, they were very kind to keep our luggage until check in time and after check out until we left for the airport. I would undoubtedly come back to stay here.

The downside side of this place is the noisy atmosphere at night, the floor is dirty, the bathroom is small, the walls are thin, and the pillows are hard. Overall, Madrid is worthy of a visit and we fell in love with this place.
