We got a small old-fashioned room. Nice continental breakfast, the receptionist was very nice. Free public parking near the hotel There is a train station only a 5-minute drive away. When purchasing a ticket from the hotel to the Nordic valley back and forth, we received 10 euros discount. Price per person 23 euros.

I would suggest staying here all in all. We had a great time at the hotel 9 San Antonio in the delightful village of Rides de Fresher. The hotel is modern and up to date, well-located, and the personnel is helpful and pleasant. The hotel also has a spa, which is ideal for unwinding after a day of hiking with a jacuzzi and steam room. Breakfast was excellent as well. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, such as the uncomfortable bed, the chilly floors, and poor wifi. And, sadly, the sister hotel in San Antonio had really bad food.

This is a contemporary hotel in a nonmodern town. Not soulless in my opinion, as recently stated, but not necessarily quaint. The website is true to what you get. There is a comfortable living room area below the main floor, and the view out the window to the beautiful fresher river and towering cliffs beyond was wonderful to wake up to. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Dinner on Sunday night when the town eateries are closed was a bit greasy. The cremallera train to the ski resort is the main attraction of the town, you can also extend that tour by taking a gondola ride to the mountain peak. Fun little adventure.
