The hotel is basic but adequate for a brief stay. The staff is pleasant and attentive. I didn't try the restaurant, but it appeared to be once again quite basic. Breakfast was very limited in variety and selection but reasonable. The area isn't great, with few places to eat in the evening. The biggest issue for me was that just outside the front of the building is a pedestrian crossing that bleeps pretty much continuously all day long. The air conditioning was turned off for the season despite temperatures exceeding etc, so I had to open the window. The bleeping from the crossing drove me crazy! I know this is beyond the hotels control, but be aware of it.

The place is also strategic, close to food places with a variety of menus, a train station, and a bus station near the airport. The personnel is helpful and polite. The room condition is good clean although the room service could be better, but in reality it isn't awful. The channels are limited but you can check them based on your preferences. The breakfast menu is excellent and has a nice variety.

We received good service from our customers, there are a lot of good coffee shops and restaurants and bar within walking distance. It is also close to this place, many of which have good facilities. The chairs in the room are in need of renovation as there are stains on them. The room was clean and cleaned daily, and the bed was also comfortable.

It pretty much put us off making a reservation at this point. Before entering the hotel, we had to speak with the receptionist to get some advice on our reservation and were met by a rude woman on the phone. The men in reception, cleaning staff, and bartenders were lovely. Exactly one not very kind person. No frills room. This is not a four-star hotel. No tea, coffee, or beverage facilities. No stuffed minibar. Toiletries were inexpensive and not particularly appealing. No shampoo, etc. In the bath was a push shower gel dispenser. The water was hot, and the bathroom was clean, however. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a good night's sleep as we were a high altitude, but the window had to be closed as the road noise was high. The television has many channels, old, and in no way fitting to the four-star status. I don't want to create a wasteful society, but they really need an upgrade. Wifi is great, but nothing modern like a USB charger or anything remotely helpful for an international traveler. Overall, I wouldn't be in a rush to return here. It was very average, and certainly not a place I would recommend to family friends, and I suppose that is the sign of a decent hotel.

This was a standard city hotel in a suburb in a city environment. The room was comfortable and quiet. Food was fine. So, nothing to say. As typical of such places, the breakfast buffet can be cold and not replenished enough.
