Todo el personal del hotel es amabilísimo y simpáticos a la hora de atendernos fuera la hora que fuera. Es un hotel muy limpio y en una zona estratégica para poder viajar a los distintos puntos de interés de las Rías Baixas. La única pega, por poner alguna crítica, es la iluminación de la habitación pues sólo tiene luz de pared y por la noche se agradece una luz más suave.

Un hotel sencillo y confortable. Lo único a lo que le podría una pega es al desayuno, jamás había visto que si pedías un zumo de naranja te lo diesen de cartón. Por lo demás todo bien.

Sin duda un hotel fantástico donde distrutas mucho de tu estancia. Instalaciones impresionantes y servicio amable. Recalcaría el desayuno muy pobre y los pelos que nos encontramos en las sábanas recién cambiadas.

We were going to Vigo but prices were through the sky, so we decided to stay in this town known for its spa & hot water springs. The weather was hot, so the fact that they had a pool was appealing. The hotel also serves as a summer-camp/school for youth and a function venue for weddings, etc. OK, the room wasn't air-conditioned, big deal. We were on the shady side of the building. OK, I guess, that there were only a few long, black hairs on the sheets of one bed and on one towel. NOT ok that there were big black mildew spots on the ceiling or that the phone didn't work. ("We'll look into that right away, said the manager/desk clerk, but they didn't.) The pool was already closed late in the afternoon when we arrived but the manager said that hotel guests (not campers, I assume) could use it. But the water did not look clean and, I swear, I saw something that looked like a small crab crawling around on the bottom. Good that we decided not to swim because the extra "clean" towels that the manager said he would send to our room never arrived. OK, I guess that there was only one long, black hair on the sliced cheese that was part of the modest, but acceptable buffet breakfast included in the rate. The place is poorly maintained and seems likely makes its money from the camp it runs. Income from "hotel" guests like us must be some icing on the otherwise modest cake. Luckily, we were only there for one night and, on departure, headed directly for Vigo & beaches.

Habitación con las paredes sucias, no hay una silla donde poder sentarse, baño muy pequeño con el plato de ducha roto, las perchas del armario son de alambre. LA CALEFACCION NO ESTA PUESTA solo la encienden unas horas, y el radiador de mi habitación tenía aire, con lo cual sólo un tercio de la superficie despedía calor. Se pasa frio

Medidas Covid, 0 Llegamos y no había nadie en recepción. Cuando fuimos a la cafetería, tampoco había nadie. Por la noche, llegaron un grupo en autobús de portugueses y armaron lío hasta la 1-2 de la mañama y nadie puso orden. No recomiendo este sitio, en ninguno de sus aspectos

Mucho frío en la habitación sin calefacción hasta que me queje. Noche insoportable la habitación no se calentaba. Habitación demasiado básica sin escritori, baño justito sin secador. Una lástima el entorno es idílico.

El hotel esta muy viejo. Las fotos del hotel no se corresponden con la realidad. El colchón de muelles bastante incomodo y las sábanas no estaban limpias. El baño es pequeño, poco práctico, baldosas rotas y el espejo negro por los lados. Nos habían puesto dos toallas pequeñas y una de ellas estaba rota. El personal nos proporciono un par más. El desayuno totalmente prescindible, aunque estaba incluido nos fuimos a otro sitio a desayunar. Suerte que solo fue una noche. La piscina no tenía socorrista por la mañana y la abrían a las 4 de la tarde. Resumiendo, hotel poco recomendable, lo único destacable el entorno y no te fíes de las fotos, son un engaño.

Es un hotel con un entorno increíble. Junto a un campo de golf. Hoy en con buenos jardines. Pero el hotel ha vivido tiempos mejores. No tiene apenas personal. La limpieza del mismo deja que desear. El restaurante solo tiene un menú muy escaso. en definitiva. Creo que este hotel está en quiebra y va a cerrar. Si no entiendo esa dejadez del hotel.
