This is an excellent choice in Salander if you are looking for budget control. 10 minutes drive from Salander historical center, 5 minutes drive from El Sardine. Wifi is only available in public areas. Breakfast could be better.

This hotel turned out to be a jewel. Rooms are large, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The location was excellent, and the service was excellent. It is run by very caring individuals, and compared to the people in the other review, I found the breakfast to be just right. If you like big breakfast, you will probably find it lacking, but on the other hand, few hotels without restaurants will serve sausage and eggs for breakfast. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the establishment. The shower head could be a lot better because it kept falling off and the only way to keep it up was to place it so that water sprayed directly over the shower curtain had to settle for the bath option. This seems to be a problem throughout Spain. When will the Spanish learn how to install a proper shower? Don't let the shower thing stop you, this hotel is a great value.

I've been to southern Spain this summer and stayed at the Matalenas hotel for a week. The hotel is not very large, the pictures are available in both Spanish and English, the installations are average, and they are located in a beautiful environment. My week in Saranda was very comfortable because it was in a quiet area. If you are looking for a hotel in Cantabria, I'd suggest it. On the other hand, I didn't enjoy the simple breakfast, which included a croissant, butter, and a cup of coffee. Regards from Gibraltar.
