The front desk staff was amazing and helpful in every way. Our junior suite felt like a true suite. With two baths, we loved that. I do have some constructive feedback. The mis matched light bulb colors were hard for the eyes. No facial tissue is a real miss for such a nice hotel. Finally, as English speakers, having zero tv channels for us is another real disappointment. We tried both tvs with no luck. Front desk was sure that they were available, but they need to review and resolve. CNN or BBC international would be great additions. Location is fantastic. The staff and location plus room size gets you 5 stars as we were able to find other entertainment options. Thanks again to all of the staff.

Great hotel, the rooms were modern and clean, with perfect location. The main attractions were within walking distance, and close to shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast with great choice of hot food, pastries and fruit. Would recommend this hotel. Very happy.

Apesar de termos tido um problema logo na chegada — chegamos ao hotel por volta das 2h da manhã e o chuveiro do quarto não funcionava — a equipe foi muito atenciosa em resolver a situação. Chamamos o recepcionista, que inicialmente pensou que talvez fosse dificuldade em usar o misturador moderno do chuveiro, mas realmente havia um problema técnico. Na manhã seguinte, enviaram um técnico ao quarto, que também não conseguiu resolver. Quando voltamos ao hotel perto do meio-dia, após passearmos pela cidade, perguntamos novamente sobre a situação, já que ainda estávamos sem conseguir tomar banho. Imediatamente nos transferiram para outro quarto, sem custo adicional, e nos deram um quarto de frente, com uma vista lindíssima. O hotel é simplesmente lindo, muito bem cuidado, com instalações novas, banheiros impecáveis, roupas de cama e toalhas de ótima qualidade, tudo muito novo e de muito bom gosto. Inclusive o quarto mais simples que havíamos reservado já era muito bonito, mesmo tendo apenas vista interna. A localização e a vista para o Palácio Real de Madrid são maravilhosas. O único ponto que achei que poderia ter sido melhor foi a comunicação sobre o café da manhã. Na chegada, ninguém nos informou se estava incluído, se era pago à parte ou como funcionava. Mesmo com o contratempo inicial, gostei muito da experiência e recomendo o hotel pela beleza, conforto e principalmente pela forma atenciosa como resolveram o problema.

The hotel is great. Beautiful large rooms with ample space for your suitcases and toiletries on the bathroom sink. Extra large KS comfortable beds. Exquisite lounge/bar downstairs near the lobby. There is a lovely restaurant up the hill slightly and cafes, supermarket and takeaway food closeby. Very close to the Royal Palace and city centre is 15 minutes away. Highly recommended!
