I think I have a positive experience here. I really enjoyed the time I had. The food and reservation at this Italian restaurant need improvement. We were unable to make the reservation and go back to the time we wanted because they had booked all the rooms reserved. Why is it not possible to reserve this at the time you check in or on another day?

From our previous reviews, we decided to just experience it for ourselves because we were not fussy or obnoxious. Boy, I wish I had changed hotels when I had one. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful, on the positive side. The negatives are laid out here. The pool was murky and could not be seen to the bottom. The tables and lounges were soiled, and the chairs were all soiled. The bed could be felt pulling its weight into your spine, and our twin mattresses had a dip in both mattresses, where they were so worn, it took two days to get the mattresses changed. Although the room was roomy, we had to call down to request towels since we were unable to change them on arrival. The floor of our apartment was filthy, and the balcony was never cleaned the entire week we were there because room service didn't show up for the next two days. Old paint flakes from the walls and ceilings were everywhere, big pieces, the floor was dirty, like snow, and there seemed to be no effort to clean it up. The breakfast was adequate, but the evening meal was bland and repetitive. There was no food labeling, and everyone was asking what the meal was. We tried the italian restaurant, but I had to pick out the rotten lettuce in my caesar salad. Also, the elevator in block 3 broke down every day for the

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks in August. I've visited this hotel five times over the past few years because I'm a regular visitor. We adore this hotel and can honestly say the employees are the most diligent staff we've ever encountered in a hotel. Many of the folks we saw had stayed the previous year, but I believe a few adjustments can be made if you want people to keep coming back. On arrival, we were given the room we requested and greeted with a warm welcome Breakfast at the pool is excellent, much superior from last year. Cocktails are excellent, and it's wonderful that the staff brings a different cocktail each morning while relaxing myles restaurant is excellent and the food is of excellent quality. As other reviews have suggested, there is a lot for everyone. I didn't mind the daytime entertainment and danny, he is simply fantastic. I was refunded for a drink at the bar one evening and was told that if I sit down, I would get table service. I appreciate this, but the night in question had no tables and chairs available and I was standing up in a open space, so I did inform the employee, but I was still muted. Be Live Experience is in a fantastic location, close to all of the shops, bars and entertainment. The hotel itself could use some tac. Our room had a lock and sometimes electric lock problem all the time. However, the maintenance crew responded very quickly. Also, the sunbed needs a bit of upkeepupdating, most were sagging bad and needed tightening or recovering we found them very uncomfortable. The brandywell is the ai next to the hotel. Alejandro was especially effective behind the bar and he made a great cocktail. The positive points outweigh any negatives and wed definitely go back.

All in all it is ok it needs to learn to label the food and what matches it, ie not broccoli and chips or burgers pasta and carrots. Most of the staff are absolutely brilliant, clean and helpful. A good vacation just easy fixes would make a lot better
