Mooi hotel maar geen 4 sterren waard maar 3 sterren. Onze kamer op de 6e verdieping was geweldig met 2x 2-persoonsbedden en groot balkon met uitzicht op zee. Minpunt is de smerige wc borstel die we niet gebruikt hebben maar wel vol zit met viezigheid van de vorige klanten. Dineren is een nachtmerrie, mensen staan in lange rijen te wachten en eenmaal binnen staat iedereen in elkaars nek te hijgen. De heren van de bediening zijn niet klantvriendelijk, er kan geen lachje van af alsof ze geen zin hebben te werken. Absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. Zwembad ook veel te klein. Verder is de ligging van het hotel ideaal, zijn de dames van de receptie en bediening vriendelijk en zijn we zeer dankbaar dat we toch als koppel de mooie familiekamer hebben gekregen.

El hotel está a un paso del mar, se ha modernizado y actualizado. A todo ello hay que sumar una excelente atención, un trato muy familiar y un servicio de cocina muy superior del que cabe esperar de un hotel turístico, por su calidad y variedad de platos. Aconsejó la pensión completa. Tropic Park es un hotel que recomiendo, como lo hará todo aquel que lo visite.

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal se preocupa para que el huesped no tenga preocupaciones. Las instalaciones son muy completas y están en buen estado. Todo hace que el huesped logre lo que generalmente va a buscar un huesped a un hotel: descansar, disfrutar, desconectar y así aprovechar al máximo sus vacaciones.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. I'll start here since I don't know where to begin. I had reserved this hotel for my birthday celebration by my wife. When we got to Spain, our transfer was delayed due to a different company we had reserved through, which meant that by the time we got to the hotel, dinner time had passed. Therefore, my wife and I thought we would have to go out to eat and spend money, which we didn't want to. We were greeted warmly by the hotel when we first arrived. Even though the time had passed, they offered that we could eat at the hotel. They sent us to the kitchen so we could eat a lovely dinner. I must mention that the breakfast and supper selections were incredible, and they have varied food themes each day. There is a vast selection, as well as a chef available who can prepare specialties for you as well. The food is fantastic! My wife had asked the receptionist on my birthday on the day that they could do anything for me on my birthday without telling me, of course the receptionist replied no problem and they would work around it. When I finished the meal, everyone on the team came out with a cake they had baked that day, and I must say that was fantastic. To my surprise, everyone who was at the time sat to eat also sang along with me.

Last-minute purchases made by me meant to get some sunshine for our three of us, my husband and my 16-year-old son. After a few hours of waiting in the airport for transportation, we finally arrived at the hotel 5 minutes before all-inclusive lunch was sold. The receptionist, Laura was amazing. She did her best to keep the restaurant open for us, had our luggage, and when we returned, she gave us the keys along with all the details. The room was very clean and modern room 418. The food was good, and the cocktails were great. Laura is a hotel landmark! I appreciate all the staff's effort to please everyone! Cristina was manager john executive headache.

The location of this hotel is perfect for taking strolls, bus trips to stores, and a good trip to Barcelona if you book with the hotel booking staff. So, what I will say is great, I gotta say that the staff was the best at this place.

Der beheizte Indoor Pool war super, da das Wasser im Meer und in den Außenpools im Mai noch sehr kalt war. Es gab viele glutenfreie Optionen im Hotelrestaurant. Die Restaurantleitung kannte sich sehr gut aus und hat mir sehr geholfen indem sie mir die glutenfreien Speisen zeigte.

Très bonne hôtel, personnnel de cuisine et en salle excellent, buffet matin midi et soir super toujours thème différent j ai adoré. Chambre nikel juste un souci chambre 424 impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte générateur fait énormément de bruit sinon je recommande cette hôtel et j 'y retourner sans problème à bientôt
