We were told it was the best in the area, and we were not disappointed. First of all, the setting was wonderful. Our room 106 had the greatest port views, was large, immaculate, and quiet. Food was truly amazing, and it is widely accepted to be the best place in the area for it. The atmosphere was lovely, you can eat either outside on the terrace or inside in the dining room in the conservatory, if the weather permits! Additionally, there is a small library room chill-out area where you can relax with a cup of red wine while reading your favourite book. It is worth mentioning that this hotel is English-friendly, which is a terrific advantage as most locations will be in Spanish. Thank you natalia, general manager, for making our weekend so special. We will definitely return!.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. I would stay again if I come back. Excellent breakfast and great outdoor seats. The room is clean and modernized. Some family members visited and joined me for breakfast, but the staff insist that we don't pay and that they are their guests. What a great attitude! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom had nowhere to put one's toiletries. Breakfast was best forgotten, after the first morning we ate outside. There is no 24-hour service and when we left on Monday they were closed and deserted. The best part of the hotel is it's right facing the harbour.

I have been making it an adventure for my friend and I and I when we came across this restaurant on our way into town. We also recommend taking the tube from Bilbo to Plentzia for a day out. What an amazing sight! For 12 euros, there are 3 delicious courses, each with a glass of wine and water. The setting was excellent, either eating on the terrace or in the conservatory-style dining room. Good service, wonderful food and the best lunch ever!

If I go back to Plentzia, I will go back to this hotel! This hotel is very well located in front of the port, so you can walk to the village. The people are very nice and the rooms are clean.
