Overall good, but the price is over 40 euros without breakfast, not a hostel price for me.

The hostel is expensive. You should expect housekeeping to provide at least a basic cleaning service for almost 200 euros per night. So after a day of walking, we returned and discovered that our room had not been cleaned and no towels had been changed. Even before deciding to leave, we were aware of the front desk. After mentioning, they brought our fresh towels, but they stated that the policy requires no daily cleaning. Be careful of this because the old town is only a 35-minute walk from the hostel. The staff only switches on the air conditioning in the room after sending a WhatsApp message. For all of your requirements or tweaking the temperature, submit a message. Breakfast is mediocre but adequate. There are superior options for this pricing and service.

It's a good hostel, close to a fantastic, secure beach with lifeguards. It takes only 58 minutes to get to the bus from the train station. I liked the bags by the bed head, which were so useful. Breakfast is traditional Spanish, and I especially liked the freshly made tortilla. I paid 158 euros for three nights in July, which is quite reasonable for the peak season. A few minuscule points I didn't notice the pillow and bed linen were in the room's locker as I got there very late at night. Since it wasn't stated on the website, I believe it wasn't mentioned, so this would be very useful to display. The girls who shared my room gladly returned to me and showed me around. A sink in the kitchen and utensils would also have been nice.

This was the first time I have stayed here with my children. They give great service in the room. We got a great room, good wifi, and a great location to explore San Sebastian. They also provide delicious breakfast and pie for a reasonable price. I'll definitely come back.

Very enjoyable stay, we are a large family of 2 adults and 8 children, so it's hard to find suitable accommodation on a budget. Very friendly and helpful staff Alex at reception. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent value for money.

About Koisi Hostel

Koisi Hostel is located in El Antiguo neighbourhood (named that way for being the original nucleus of the city). A 5-minute walk from calle Matia where you can shop in traditional shops or eat pintxos in one of its crowded bars. The neighbourhood lies adjacent to Ondarreta beach and Monte Igueldo, holds the University area and it's home of some of the best tourist attractions such as the Palacio Miramar, Concha Bay and the Peine del Viento, one of the city's most iconic and beautiful corners. Strolling along the playa de la Concha in 20-25 minutes you can reach the center and the Old Town where you can enjoy basque gastronomy.
