GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESRVATIONS 1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions. 2. USER.- The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the information provided. 3. OFFICIAL CLASSIFICATION Reserva de Los Campos is a group of accommodations, managed by La Regalina SL, which have the following tourist classification according to the Principality of Asturias: - Casa de Aldea (1 trisquel): La Casina de Inesita - Casa de Aldea (2 trisqueles): Casa Sergio - Brieves - Casa de Aldea (3 trisqueles): La Casa Nueva - Vivienda vacacional: La Casina de Ingrid - Vivienda vacacional: Los Campos Note: Reserva de Los Campos is not a hotel, none of our accommodations is qualified as hotel. 4. CHECK IN-CHECK OUT HOURS: Guests without pets: The time of entry is from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. The departure time is before 12: 00h. Guests with pets: The time of entry is from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. The departure time is before 11: 00h. 5. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY In case of Standard Rate: Payments: 25% in advance in the moment of reservation and 75% at the time of the check-in. Cancellations and changes allowed (subject to availability, restrictions and rate changes). In case of cancellation the following part of the advance is recovered: - 100% if you cancel more than 1 month before the arrival date. - 75% if you cancel between 3 weeks and 1 month before the arrival date. - 50% if you cancel between 2 and 3 weeks before the arrival date. - 25% if you cancel between 1 and 2 weeks before the arrival date. - 0% if you cancel less than 1 week before the arrival date. In case of Non-Refundable Rate: Advance 100% of the amount. In case of cancellation, none percentage of the advance is recovered. Changes allowed up to 2 weeks before the arrival date (subject to availability, restrictions and rate changes). 6. IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION If the reservation is made more than 5 days before the arrival date, the guest has the possibility to cancel within 24 hours after making the reservation without incurring any charge. 7. DEPARTURE BEFORE THE CONTRACTED DATE It does not give rise to any type of refund. 8. DEPOSIT The guest must authorize a charge of 150 euros (300 euros in Los Campos and La Casa Nueva) that will only be charged by La Regalina SL, in case that, after the subsequent revision of the accommodation, any subtraction or damage results from a NON-NORMAL use of the house. (For example, a broken glass is not subject to charge, and for instance, the theft of a remote control, the vandal-type break, or drawings on the walls... must be). 9.DATA PROTECTION In accordance with Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, you consent to the processing of your personal data, which will be incorporated into the CLIENTS file, owned by LA REGALINA SL, registered in the General Registry of Data Protection Agency, whose function is the fiscal, accounting and administrative management of the contractual relationship, as well as the sending of commercial information about our products and services.
