Our family recently spent the most wonderful week at the motel russell, and we cannot say enough good things about the accommodations and hosts! The other facilities, including a beautiful pool and barbecue area, are both pleasant, peaceful, and pleasant, and are kept immaculately tidy at all times. It was also wonderful to have access to a washing machine and dryer while we were away. The motel russell is ideally situated, just a short distance from all the nearby restaurants, stores, and the wharf. It was the ideal family vacation, and we'll definitely return soon for another relaxing week at the motel russell. Once more, thank you to james, wendy, and linda, we had a wonderful time here with you all..

A king studio was reserved for us. The room was a good size. The restroom was excellent and resembled a public bathroom. Plenty of room. The bed was enormous and comfortable. It was great that everything was spotless. Lovely crisp linens. However, minor enhancements could make a big difference. Why would anyone still use one sheet of toilet paper? It simply means that everyone uses twice as much, so there is no overall cost savings. No hair dryer or tissue, which are pretty much standard these days. Penny pinching! Also, the room had a terriblely put together table, bench, fridge, and utility holder. It was a mess. There was no room for anything, and it was a little disaster. The chair is placed on each, which assumes it is a table, but no way would tuck a plate in front of you. There was barely enough space to keep things in. The absence of a sink area, which I believe is a serious hygiene issue as cups, glasses, and other items are washed in the bathroom hand basin. But, small improvements might make a huge difference. We expected better for the price, especially since we were compared to other places where we have stayed.

I stayed here for 1 night and would never hesitate to come back. I appreciate your hospitality James and Wendy. Our room had everything we needed and was convenient to shops and restaurants. Closer than we thought.

All the things in the room here are very complete, like the kitchen sink, a microwave, milk in the refrigerator, coffee, and a glass of wine. The king-size bed was so comfy, I really enjoy sleeping under the pillow.

This is my first time staying here, this hotel is close to the pompallier house. I recommend this place. Despite the very bad cleanliness, we were only staying for 1 night.
