Pengalaman yang sangat rata-rata, kamar memiliki masalah dengan kartu akses yang tidak berfungsi dengan benar. Kebersihan tempat dalam hal kamar tidur dan kamar mandi sangat rata-rata, bahkan buruk. Sprei dan selimutnya tidak diganti, dan bau. Bisa dibayangkan kamar mandinya tidak dipisahkan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, kebersihannya sebenarnya sangat buruk. Selain itu, ada iklan palsu yang menawarkan kamar untuk dua orang, tetapi tidak benar, mereka hanya memiliki kamar untuk 6 atau 12 orang, tidak ada pilihan lain.

Fasilitas yang cukup menginap di hostel ini harganya cukup murah, meskipun perlu perbaikan signifikan. Namun dibandingkan dengan hostel serupa, hostel menawarkan pelayanan penuh, mulai dari layanan ramah hingga fasilitas standar seperti laundry, ruang tamu, toilet, dapur, dan lainnya. Cocok untuk backpacker. Kekurangannya hanya 1 jalur bus.

Mellow is located in very calm neighbourhood with eye catching views.installation are quite good specially modren cube type beds well equipped with private box and curtain.I,ll recommend Mellow to backpackers .

I was hesitant to reserve this hostel at first, but it turned out to be a good one. The room wasnt particularly large, but i did encounter three employees, all of whom were friendly. Additionally, the beds were clean. So, dont worry about staying here.

Kami memesan kamar untuk 4 orang melalui aplikasi pemesanan. Namun, ketika kami tiba di sana, kami diberitahu bahwa itu adalah harga untuk satu orang, padahal kami memiliki bukti bahwa itu adalah harga untuk 4 orang. Resepsionisnya tidak pengertian dan tidak profesional. Selain itu, ini bukan kamar untuk 4 orang seperti yang ditunjukkan di situs, tetapi asrama untuk 8 orang campuran (baik pria maupun wanita).
