Le petit déjeuner était un tout petit peu décevant même si réel effort sur la qualité de certains produits (jambon, lait, pain spécial). Le fait d’amener le petit dej dans un sac de courses est un peu embêtant. Pourquoi pas le ramener bien présenté? Pourquoi aussi un croissant pas frais et des confitures miel etc dans ces ignobles petites portions en plastique alors que le lait est excellent de même que le pain et (le 1er jour le jambon). Pareil la salade de fruit visiblement faite main était très bonne mais présentait mal. Manque aussi une boîte de Kleenex dans la chambre. Pour le reste très bonne chambre, très agréablement aménagée. Literie très confortable.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mercer Residence Seville and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. We travelled with our 1-year-old baby, and the hotel made everything so easy for us. A high chair and cot were provided, which made a huge difference and showed real thoughtfulness . The staff were truly exceptional—always greeting us with a smile and consistently going above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and attentiveness really made our stay feel special. The room itself was beautiful, spotless, and maintained to an incredibly high standard. We particularly loved that it overlooked a charming courtyard, which created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Seville, making it easy to explore all the main attractions, restaurants, and sights on foot, while still feeling tucked away and quiet. Overall, a flawless stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Our stay at Mercer Residences Seville was truly exceptional. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and kind—special thanks to David, who went above and beyond to assist us on our first night. We also appreciated the flexibility of a late check-out due to our evening flight. Magnifique hôtel récemment rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avions réservé une chambre « supérieure ». La chambre qu’on nous a donnée était au rez-de-chaussée avec deux petites fenêtres qui laissaient entrer très peu de lumière puisque donnant sur un coin de la cour intérieure, sous la galerie de l’étage. Une odeur très désagréable était présente dans la chambre à notre arrivée (moisissures, reflux d’égout?), le personnel a refusé de nous donner une autre chambre (l’hôtel était complet…). Ils ont tenté de masquer l’odeur, mais sans succès. Au retour nous avons dû faire nettoyer nos vêtements qui étaient imprégnés de l’odeur.

We spent three nights at Mercer Residences. Upon arrival, we were delighted with the building's grandeur; the courtyard was breathtaking and felt like a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The lovely receptionist showed us to our room which also looked very impressive - tall ceilings and a beautiful glass-stained window. However, the room was very dark since the only other window was facing a courtyard. Given that the hotel only offers breakfast service in the room, this made our breakfast times a bit gloomy. Another slightly frustrating thing was that the bed was very small - 180cm in length rather than the 200cm standard so my partner's feet were hanging off of it. The bathroom had no storage space and the bedroom had some cupboard but not wardrobes or nightstand drawers. In terms of breakfast, we could not choose and were always given the same breakfast - bread, croissant (not fresh), marmelade, ham, juice, yogurt, fruit and milk. We asked for oat milk and the receptionist made a note of this but were mistakenly brought lactose milk. We asked again but next day the same mistake happened. We asked for the third time but still didn't get oat milk which was a bit annoying, especially given the receptionist always noted this down but clearly didn't pass it onto the breakfast team. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt like there are quite a few improvements the hotel could make.
