Un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Alicante Le logement est irréprochable à la fois élégant confortable et parfaitement entretenu Il correspond en tout point aux attentes voire au-delà. L’emplacement est idéal permettant de profiter pleinement de la ville la communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et professionnelle Je recommande vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterai pas à y séjourner de nouveau

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber uns gefiel auch das moderne Ambiente. Die Lage ist perfekt- in der Altstadt mit vielen netten Restaurants, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man gut entspannen. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon hat super geklappt.

Bra läge nära till allt. Kontakt med personalen var jättebra, allt gick smidigt. Dock gick det inte att sova fredag och lördag då nattklubben nedanför hade hög musik och folk skrek. Ingen ljudisolering. Det kändes som att festen var på vår balkong. Bäddsoffan var inte jätte fräsch heller. Både fläckig och obekväm.

Although the staff was responsive and helpful and the flat was new, there were too many problems to recommend this apartahotel. The biggest problem and one that cannot be changed by the owner is the NOISE from the Punk Rock Bar across the street. They are open until 3:00 am and it is LOUD. There were other problems with the flat. There was a bad sewer-like odor in the flat and in the building. The kitchen was not equipped for cooking. It lacked practical items like a cutting board and strainer. There were no basic provided such as salt, pepper, sugar. It is full size kitchen but hard to use due to the lack of these basic items.
