The apartments plaza picasso appeared appealing in the photos, but when I got there and checked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The spacious living room, the separate bedroom with a very firm and comfortable mattress, and the spacious bathroom were such a benefit over most hotel rooms. The kitchen, which was equipped with a microwave refrigerator pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, an electric kettle, and a toaster, was the nicest of all. I was ready for the week on one trip around the corner to the supermarket! Additionally, the personnel were always excellent, spoke good English and were on duty 247. A subway stop is just a few blocks away, and several bus stops are just a few meters from the apartment building. While its nice if they made safes in the rooms, I have zero complaints. Please keep in mind that in some rooms, you can hear water flowing through the pipes and other structural noise, not voices or sounds from the rooms next door. I fixed this issue with cheap earplugs, and as a result, I slept soundly. I wholeheartedly suggest Apartments Plaza Picasso, especially considering the lower prices they are charging than most hotels in Valentina.

We would recommend this one to friends. Excellent big app with a complete kitchen. Friendly receptionists who are very helpful. Ideal location if you rent bikes. Apartment is clean and the beds are perfect. No issues with noise from neighbors.

I have a good experience there. The apartment is nice, clean and functional. The location is nice. But the building has poor phonic insulation and the hard floor amplifies any sound from other apartments. Each time a chair is moved, something is dropped on the hard floor or someone walks with hard shoes, you ear it well. So basically your experience there will be directly affected by the education of your neighbors. And well, my neighbors were thinking that it was very important to move all the furniture around during most of the night.

They are nice and clean, and the apartment is useful. The location is good but the sound insulation is very bad and the hard floor amplifies sound from other apartments. Every time a chair is moved, something is dropped on the hard floor or someone walks in hard shoes and you ear it well. So your experience there will be directly influenced by your neighbors' education. And also my neighbors thought moving all the furniture around was crucial for their good health all night.

I'm okay with my apartment. All in all a decent apartment, just wear earplugs and eye masks. The light on the smoke detector in the bedroom flashed every 10 seconds. The lighting in the bedroom was not strong. The bathroom was very inadequate, with very minor fixtures and plumbing and broken windows. The cleanliness and hospitality here weren't bad, it is that they made sure the windows and walls had a good quality. The employees here were very friendly and patient and courteous.
