The staff has been very helpful and has a calm attitude, and I appreciate it. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel again. They have a swimming pool, gym, and a wonderful reception area. The bathroom was very spacious, the ambience was cool.

This hotel is well located for a visit to Leon English is spoken in the hotel. The room is comfortable and clean. They claim to have WiFi but it is very poor and keeps failing. They claimed it would be fixed while we were there but no better. They explained that there was a problem with the wifi and that it had been like it since it was installed.

I wonder how this operation can operate as a 4-star hotel. Its veneer of a legitimate hotel, but one quickly finds a terrible state of affairs. It reminds me of hotels in the old east european nations, albanian or cuba. We stayed here in 2019 and decided to give it a second chance due to their pool, which is pretty much the only selling point of this place nice, deep, reasonably enforced rules. But all of the shortcomings we found in 2019 were there, and then more. Room furniture is out of order, wifi is not available to add insult to injury, theyll tell you they have called technical support, which seems to have failed to materialize in over 24 months since the first time I complained. Location is bad close to an abandoned hotel and the development lot of staff is just ok on a good day. Be especially careful of the staff in the adjacent breakfast room they have probably picked up the job as an alternative to the actual time sentence. Overall a good option if youre looking for a nice pool and you are prepared to pay hotel rates for a truckstop quality lodging.

I highly recommend this place. Excellent and attentive employees. The accommodation is large, with a comfy bed, a fantastic bathroom, and the cleanliness is also very nice. A really good breakfast and a very good cafe-style dinner. A taxi ride to the city costs 10 euros. good parking place.

This hotel offers excellent facilities. I first liked the excellent location. There is plenty of free parking just outside the hotel. There are spacious and well-equipped rooms and a wonderful breakfast. The staff is pleasant and supportive. It has some downsides, especially the long distance from the city centre, but taxis always go right to the front desk in 56 minutes. A very utilitarian bar used for evening meals. The restaurant there is 250 meters up the street by the garage, but it is quite a handful. We ate out the majority of the nights. We will return.
