Dear valued guest!

1. Please kindly be advised that additional guest not originally included in the reservation is a subject for additional charges. That is because we are using external services for property management and cleaning that charge us for any changes. The amount varies and should be confirmed with the host, normally the amount starts from EUR 40 per night per person.

2. Kindly be informed that any luggage dropp before the check in hours: 15 EUR per hour.

3. Kindly be informed that an earlier check is an additional service - the fee is 59 EUR per hour before the check in hours.
Kindly be informed that a late check out an additional service - the fee is 59 EUR per hour after the check out hours.

4. Please note that smoking is prohibited, a fine for smoking inside the property is EUR 250

5. Kindly be informed that an airport transfer is an additional service of €49 per ride.

6. Kindly be informed that any luggage dropp after the check out hours: 45 EUR per hour.
