1. Food from outside is not allowed in the villa.
2. No additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed into the villa without prior approval from the Management.
3. Pets are not permitted in the villa.
4. Drivers are not permitted inside the villa.
5. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited. Failing to adhere to this rule will result in a fine of Rs.25,000 per room.
6. Consumption of food is not permitted inside rooms.
7. The guests will be held liable for any damages to the property.
8. It is prohibited to bring weapons, illegal substances or any other items which are against the law.
9. Any children or elderly have to be accompanied by adults specially when using the staircase or the swimming pool
10. The management will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or loss of life.
11. Guests are kindly requested to not enter the villa wet after having used the swimming pool.
12. Guests are kindly requested to refrain from using footwear on the carpet in order to avoid any damage.
