Great hotel for a night before my flight out of Zurich. Good neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Coffee and water available 24-7 in lobby. Soap and shampoo provided. Nice linens. Not the most walkable location for food and shopping but the hotel has everything you need.

Fantastic experience. Staff was just amazing. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Ask for train ticket at counter, the hotel sells train tickets at lesser cost than at station. We rented an EV to get around, hotel has plenty of parking and a charging station that we used each day to recharge.

Hotel Allegra was a wonderful place to stay for our one night in Zurich to fly back home after a trip to Switzerland, France, and Germany. The family rooms were huge and able to accomidate our 5. The rooms were clean and the water was hot and plentyful. The proximity to the airport was great (5 min). Sadly the tram was closed, but the uber was quick. The price was the only thing reasonable in Switzerland! I would recommend this hotel to any families headed to the airport. Thank you, Allegra!

Great hotel close to the airport. Staff was friendly and the room category we were in fit our family of five well! Not of concern during our visit as the temperatures were comfortable during our stay, but the lack of air conditioning could be a surprise if unprepared and used to having it.

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean. It is also close to bus and train stations. There is also a few supermarket and restaurants nearby. The pho in the nearby Vietnam restaurant is very good.

This was an excellent place to stay near the Zurich airport. While it might look like you can walk to the hotel from the airport, the area around the airport is pretty built up. But there is excellent public transport (731 bus) from the airport to within 100yds of the hotel. We received a complementary early check-in and one free breakfast booking via Expedia, both of which we took advantage of. It was unseasonably hot in Zurich during our stay and we also took advantage of the complementary bottled water in the room; the hotel was conditioned and comfortable in the stifling heat. The rooms were modern and reasonably appointed. We also took advantage of the black out drapes to settle down in the early evening. My only (minor) complaint is that access to Zurich center itself was not as efficient as we expected. The suburban train station near the hotel did not offer frequent trips, so the most efficient way to get to the center (that we were able to determine) was to take the bus back to the airport then the tram into the city, which took us about 60m for each trip in/back. Still, it was fine for one day in Zurich. We would definitely stay here again.

I only stayed here for one night before my flight out of Switzerland and back to Miami, but I like the hotel a lot various aesthetic and reasonably priced and walking distance to some shops and the train station. The only thing is they don’t have central air and it was confusing to turn on the air unit that is in the room. I think the front desk should do a better job of making that known.
