This was our first time in zermatt, and it was also our initial night in the united states. The hospitality at the alpine hotel perren was excellent! Remember to make your reservation directly with them, they will arrange for you to have free transportation from the zermatter train station to the place where you need to check in and out. You can see the Matterhorn directly outside the hotel, which is only a short stroll from there. I recorded some videos for everyone to view, as the breakfast is really good.

The breakfast was excellent and the service was firstrate. The next time i visit zermatt, ill return to this hotel with my family. I also urge all my friends to visit this excellent hotel. Excellent service and a great location with vistas of the Matterhorn mountain.

Would undoubtedly return. The breakfast was excellent. After skiing or hiking all day, the sauna and spa were also very nice, open from 4 p. M. To 8 a.M. It was ideal for relaxing after sledding or walking. Cleanliness was maintained and the room was cozy.

I spent six nights at hotel parren on a ski trip to Zermatt. The rooms are nice and clean, the location is excellent, close to the train station 10 minutes walk, and the ski bus stop 2 minutes stroll. Sunnega lift is 5 minutes walking distance. Sauna is en plus, there is an Honesty bar there. Restaurant was okay. Breakfast was good. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in a room on the 4th floor which was clean, comfortable and had saggy views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The hotel is conveniently located and the front desk staff are very friendly. There is also amiable atmosphere among guests. Breakfast is served buffetstyle with limited options but the taste is delicious. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely consider staying at hotel perren again next time.

I would definitely stay again and strongly suggest it. A wonderful stay. Our balcony offers a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. It is conveniently located near the train station, restaurants, shopping, and activities. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast buffet did not disappoint.

Would undoubtedly return. I spent two nights at the hotel. The location was very convenient, just a short distance from the village center, and the price was quite reasonable. It was incredibly comfortable and had sweeping views of the Matterhorn mountain.

This place is truly exceptional. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. It boasts a perfect balance of amenities, offering ample facilities for all your needs. Additionally, the breakfast provided is exquisite, exceeding my expectations for i would rate this hotel as 3.5 stars. I highly recommend it!.

Luxurious hotel in the heart of zermatt, 5 minutes walk from the train station. Even though the trains had problems, we were able to check in late without any issues. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and there was an opportunity to use the sauna and spa as you wanted even before opening hours. Very tidy, clean and even focused on the environment. Would definitely come back here again!.

I stayed here because my usual hotel across the river, which ive been in for four decades, was completely booked. So i thought ill settle for this. But this hotel did not let me down. Not a single thing. A pleasant stroll from the main train station and conveniently located by the water. Excellent front desk service. Very polite and welcoming staff. The bedroom is bright and clean. Good food at the restaurant and also for breakfast. It was incredibly good as stodgy base and to return to after completing countless climbs etc. Also very childfriendly. Simply wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at hotel perren! We adore it and will definitely return! The room was spacious, the breakfast was complete, and the staff were friendly. It was conveniently located near the sunegga lift and in the old city center. There was also onsite transportation from the train station or taxi stand. Additionally, in addition, there was spotting of the Matterhorn in front of us in early morning!.

I had a wonderful day of cleaning. I chose not to have the room cleaned twice using their green leaf symbol that you can hang on the door handle. Breakfast was excellent. Scrambled egg and bacon with lots of bread types, sliced meats, fruit and juices. Dinner was tastier three courses. Soups were amazing. The dinner place has hints of wood from the alpine atmosphere. Fast service. In my experience, there were restaurants with fivestar ratings and mr. Michelin. To be honest, the food met those standards. Perfect temperature in the sauna and appreciated the drinking water in our relaxation area. Bravo to the Alpine perren staff! I think you must know that youre incredibly kind bunch of people. Thank you for being so kind to me.

We had a wonderful twonight stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and spacious, with cosy atmosphere and beautiful mountain views. Location was convenient. Staff were warm and friendly, especially the sweet lady at reception. Breakfast selection was also good. Overall an excellent hotel and highly recommended!.

This is the place you should consider staying in zermatt. The cleanliness is top quality, and the service is excellent. Its a very good location. Staff are happy to work here. Thats evident from their services. Prices match quality with service, breakfast, cleanliness, etc. I forgot to take more pictures.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and the continental breakfast is delicious with a good variety of food. Close to all amenities. Had incredibly fun for sydneys day. If the weather is good, its worth it to take the train to see the matterhorn.

I heartily endorse this hotel! Truly one of the best hotels ive ever stayed at, whether its for pleasure or work (and i have been fortunate enough to stay at places like the mandarin oriental). When it comes to requests, the staff goes above and beyond, and with their attentiveness to various needs, it sometimes felt like a fivestar hotel. We had to return hiking sticks without sacrificing being able to take the early hikes, but they handled everything! The rooms are roomy and equipped with all the essentials for washing and sleeping. The lobby area has an Honesty bar with some board games, which reflects the employees consistency and friendliness. It is in ideally situated. If your room has positioned in the right direction, you can also see the matterhorn as soon as you exit the hotel, or you may also get ocular views of it from your balcony. Without pause, ill suggest this accommodation!.
