The nearest eatery we could find outside of the hotel restaurant was approximately 400 I down the street and also where the bus stop is for the bus that heads into Chum Town Center about 10 minutes away. We were too exhausted to catch the bus back, so it probably isn't for you if you don't want to return. The employees were accommodating, and the breakfast was served in a continental Swiss manner, which was very effective. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was nice.

Highly recommended. The Hotel Hauser was incredibly pleasant and in an excellent location, according to us. Our accommodation featured beautiful mountains and very comfy beds. The in-house pastry shop's breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection of housemate pastries. On a chilly winter day, we loved being able to sit outside and eat lunch or a cocktail thanks to the exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk personnel and terrace bartender. It's also wonderful to smell pine trees in the room because the hotel uses regional and sustainable materials. Also, there are some thoughtful design elements, such as coat hooks and a roomy bathroom counter, making it simple to settle in.

The hotel is located in a strategic location so we can get a good experience while staying there. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us all the information that we need, and then in the morning at a nearby mall, we could find a good shopping place. Besides that, the location is close to a lot of restaurants and shops.

The hotel is very good, the staff are very kind, and the hotel is in a good location with a spectacular view. The breakfast is also nice, but there's no problem with parking. Within the hotel is a shopping center which is easily accessible from inside.

I spent two weeks there. The location and costs of hauser almost entirely guided my choice of hotel. I was led right to the front door by a shuttle as I traveled by train. The hotel personnel, particularly Alice, made a fantastic welcome. Everything was handled with great patience and assistance. Youre in the center of everything. There was about a 10-minute walk for me to the bobsled track when I was in town for the IWCA World Championships. It took just ten minutes to get there. The lake and Moritzbad are both close by. It took roughly ten minutes to get there. The ski lifts are only a 2-minute walk up the hill, and everything else in town is somewhere in between. As a result, the room was ample for my husband and I during the majority of my stay, and it wasn't very planned to remain in my room when she arrived later in the journey. Though the room was spacious for my spouse, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds Ive ever slept on, and the restroom was essential. Although the breakfast in the morning is slightly smaller than you would anticipate, the quality is excellent, and this is a substantial thing. Because everything there is made from foods that are only 60 km from the hotel, there is a bit more expensive in the evening. However, the food was excellent. They try to fix one of the door code locks and it doesn't work, but they use the key lock and the pillows in the room could definitely use an upgrade. The location is very good. There is a funicula up the mountain just outside the hotel, and just around the corner is a quick bus ride, and there is a lake for horse racing. Despite this, they have great employees. They will give a service to you. The employees were so friendly, helpful, and always willing to help.

I was there for two weeks, and I had chosen Hauser as my hotel almost entirely based on its location and price. When I travelled by train, I was picked up on the shuttle and taken directly to the front door. I was greeted by some of the friendliest hotel employees I've ever met. Alice, in particular, was very helpful and patient with everything! The location is ideal, you're right in the center of everything. I was in town to watch the is world championships on the bobsled track, and it took me around ten minutes to walk there. It was the same 10 minutes down to it. Moritzbad and the lake. Everything else in town is somewhere in between, and the ski lifts are a 2-minute walk up the hill. I chose the smallest room they had because the majority of my stay was spent by myself and I didn't have many plans to rest in my room when she was later on the journey. However, the room was spacious enough for my wife, and the bed was one of the most comfy beds I have ever slept on. It's a big but the quality is exceptional. The Hauser Hotel was incredibly cozy and conveniently located. Our room featured an exquisite mountain outlook and lovely, comfortable mattresses. A fantastic assortment of housemate pastries from the inside pastry shop were available at the breakfast buffet. On a sunny winter day, we enjoyed being able to sit outside and have lunch or a cocktail on a sunny winter day thanks to the front desk staff and terrace bartenders' friendliness and helpfulness. It's wonderful to smell the pine wood in the room because the hotel also utilizes local and sustainable materials. Before we departed the glacier express for zermatt, my wife and I required a place to spend the night in it merit. Our journey from Ireland began at 2.30 a. M., and at that time we reached the hotel with two exhausted bunnies waiting to take us out. At 3.30 a. M., the hotel had a driver and a car waiting to pick us up. When we walked off the train, the reception staff warmly greeted us and noticed that we had requested a peaceful room in our booking. You can immediately sense that you are in the hands of a skilled staff when your stay at a hotel goes as well. We chose room 204, which is located on the second level behind the hotel. I had initially assumed the room was not of a good size for the budget. However, after a brief stay in the room, we were astounded by how much we adored it. It is crafted to a high caliber and is superbly designed for function. In addition, 204 was a very quiet nights sleep, despite the hotels central location in a busy place it merit. At our request, the hauser team set the preceding goal. We reserved a table at the restaurant and enjoyed a fantastic meal. I went to it merit with a group of friends. We went to see horse racing on ice for my birthday. This hotel stand out in comparison because hotels in it merit can be pricey. Yes, you can reserve a room at the Carroll or Rathaus with lake views, but on a budget, this is a wonderful hotel. The staff is fantastic and goes above and beyond to assist. Unfortunately, there were only a few names. Francesca who greeted us at the reception and appeared to be there all night, always with a smile thought she might be the manager. Feminico behind the bar, who could only be the manager despite having to work on his own, sorted drinks consistently with a smile. The rest of the staff, including the housekeeping, the restaurantbreakfast staff, and the other young woman with blonde permed frizzy hair, was courteous, polite, and always helpful. The setting is good. Skiing, which we couldn't do, is only a short bus ride away. The Funicula up the mountain is a short bus ride away, just outside the hotel, and the lake for the horse racing is a 5 minute walk away. a few minor drawbacks.
