This is a cheap one-bedroom apartment with a balcony and a lake view. The room has a renovated and modern design. The location is strategic, there are not many eggs, so the central leisure taxes are to be paid separately. However, the free eggs for breakfast is an additional expense. The staff is friendly. This is a great hotel for business travelers who are on a budget or just staying for a few days.

The staff is very welcoming and kind, especially the cleaner staff. I stayed here for 5 days during a seminar, and I had a room in a more modern building where the reception is located. The room was very clean, with comfortable mattresses and a beautiful view of the lake.

The negatives were the top floor was hot, there was no ac, no fan, there was just the balcony doors for ventilation there were no screens bugs you could cover the door with a sheer curtain, no light blocking, no privacy, a heavier curtain privacy, some light blocking, or a metal mesh like a fi roll hurricane shutter that provides a dark room, but little ventilation. The bathroom is 30x50 closet about 14 from toilet to door, the shower curtain will hug you to death, and the shower water will flood the tiny bathroom where the sink is located. The room was in an older lakeside building, the ferry terminal, the bus stops, and the hiking trails. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, the room had a balcony with a lake view, breakfast was included, and the position was convenient. The breakfast had fresh fruit, such as peaches, apricots for likeness, yogurt, cereals, fresh breads, cold cuts, cheeses, and vegetables. There is enough space for storage and hanging. The buildings doors are motion-sensitive and open automatically till the night when you require a key.

Excellent service. Excellent English communication. The rooms are beautiful, plain, and spotless but nothing special. We had a room in a historic building on the top floor with a nice view. Breakfast was fantastic, however, lunch and dinner were a little boring, as other reviewers have stated.

The hotel is located on a lake and very convenient. The rooms are clean and straightforward. The bathroom is very small you can't even close the door while sitting on the toilet. The food at the hotel's restaurant could be greatly improved, particularly for people with allergies. For the number of people attending the seminar, I would expect a bit more variety and not always the same type of salad.
