Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests. VISIONAPARTMENTS will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
