Guests who wish to use hotel's transportation service from Hualien Train Station/airport, please make a booking at least 3 day in advance. Additional fee will be applied. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.
To ensure the best quality of vacation for all customers, it is prohibited to take your pets into rooms and public space. The hotel provides dormitory space in the luggage office for pets' temporary lodging. It is advised to prepare food and appliances for your pets.

Should there be any pet found in the room, not only you will be charged for cleaning expense, the pets will no longer be allowed to stay in the room. Your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated.
To ensure travelers’ health and safety, hotel staff needs to take self-temperature check, all guests are kindly requested to have their temperature checked at the entrance. Hotel provides alcohol sterilizer machines. The guest rooms are equipped with the external window for air circulation and public areas undergo comprehensive bleach and alcohol disinfection every day. Stay relaxed and enjoy your trip in Taroko!
To promote environmental conservation, the property no longer proactively provides disposable amenities (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower caps, and shaving kits).


The following road sections are under maintenance and traffic control. It is recommended to arrive at the control point in advance to wait. The property is located in Tianxiang (Central Cross-Island Highway, Provincial Highway 8, 169K):

1) From Hualien/Taitung direction to the hotel (Control point within Taroko National Park)
Control Point: Taroko Visitor Center
Open Traffic Times: 07:00-08:00, 10:00, 12:00-13:00, 15:00, 17:00~17:30. After 17:30, only exit is allowed, no entry. Full closure at 18:30. For the 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM time slots, only vehicles that have arrived at the control station before the opening time will be allowed to pass. Once the queued vs haveehicle passed, the road will be immediately closed again.

2) From Taichung/Qingjing/Hehuanshan direction to the hotel (Control point within Taroko National Park)
Control Point: Provincial Highway 8, 126.95k (Scacred Tree Section) 、129.75k (Ci'en Section)、158.8k (Xibao Section)
Open Traffic Times: From 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM, traffic is allowed every hour on the hour. From 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM the next day, the road is under night closure and control.

【Tiansiang Riverbank Work Notice】
From June 20 to October 31, 2025, daily 09:00–16:30, Taroko National Park will conduct riverbank maintenance near the hotel area. Construction noise and equipment movement are expected.
