This place is absolutely amazing. The property is located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. My initial room had a terrible sulfur smell coming from the bathroom, I spoke with someone at reception and within minutes they relocated me to a better room, much more spacious with a private deck overlooking the ocean. This would 100% stay here again!

Amazing place! Great stay, beautiful property and rooms. The breakfast is outstanding! They offer a giant selection, and the food is so fresh. Staff will drive you around the property which is nice since it is very hilly. I wish it was a walk to the beach, but you must taxi. We would stay here again!

The view from the balcony and the property was breathtaking. The calm ocean wave crashing just outside your room brings a feeling of peace and serenity . The service by the hotel staff was top class . From the front desk to the porter and room service. I would highly recommend this property to others . Shuttle service was efficient too .The only con is the steep uphill from your room to the lobby would be a challenge for those who are older or not as fit .

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat bagus, dekat dengan dua kawasan populer Patong dan Karon serta Pantai Kata. Namun, tentu saja jaraknya tidak dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki, jadi penting untuk diingat bahwa Anda memerlukan transportasi atau taksi untuk sering pergi ke kafe, toko, dan pantai. Ada pantai yang relatif dekat, butuh sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki, tetapi sebagian rutenya adalah melalui hutan dan melewati bebatuan di tepi laut, jika ini tidak menakutkan, saya merekomendasikan pantai ini. We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel! The hotel grounds are stunning and offer an amazing view. The staff is extremely friendly and always attentive, making us feel truly welcome. This hotel is ideal for a quiet and peaceful getaway, away from the bustle. Its ideal for those who want to be alone with their loved ones and take in the beauty of nature. This was fantastic! An amazing hotel with topnotch staff. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, including pancakes, waffles, lots of vegetables, sausages, cheese, fresh juices, even carbonara, rice with chicken and vegetables, sausages, and milk with cereal. In essence, you could have breakfast all day if you wanted! The staff was very kind, understanding, and always smiling. I initially extended my reservation, then asked to cancel it, then extended it again - they handled my requests with great respect and resolved everything for me. My husband and i intended to spend the remainder of our trip at a different hotel. That was our plan. But after driving around and checking out other hotels, we discovered that this one was fantastic, and it wasnt worth moving even to a hotel that costs twice as much. The hotels grounds are a whole different kind of love - so lovely, green, and full of wellkept plants, as if you were in an enchanted forest.

I found my experience somewhat disappointing. The staff seemed average, focused primarily on completing their tasks and leaving on time, which diminished the personal touch I expected. Each morning at 7:45 AM, I was awakened by staff cleaning the hotel grounds. Additionally, the bathroom did not meet my expectations. The bathtub was old, with peeling paint, and the shower area became clogged and had moldy edges. Also found a dead cockroach in the room. However, I must acknowledge that the hotel itself is beautiful with the nature and ocean view.
