I had to stay in Patter for a few days to check on some things and was looking for accommodation in this area because of the area's proximity to the land office. Certainly it is not in the heart of town, but this can only be a bonus since it's nice and quiet and a good nights sleep is guaranteed! The ultra comfy bed and pillows also assist! Yes I was the only one staying and I can see why the previous reviewer was a bit annoyed, but this was perfect for me as I had my entire dorm to myself with choice of air conditioning or a fan! There was a hot shower, a huge bonus, and a fridge and microwave came in handy! There are a lot of nice touches at this location, for example, I was thinking I needed pen and paper, and a box of notepaper and pen was in the dorm, perfect! Additionally, there is a hairdryer on the exterior bathroom! The owner is lovely and helpful. I believe this location will be really successful due to the above-mentioned points and more! I stayed at this hostel for a couple of nights. The house is quite clean. The hostess is very friendly and even offers free lockers, kitchens, hairdryers etc. I booked it because of the really cheap rates, but this is counterintuitive. Due to the poor location you will spend anywhere between 100-150 baht on bike taxis to the city center and the weather usually isn't good enough to walk all the way. I recommend booking something nearer all the action rather than wasting time and money going back to the hostel!.

Clean and comfortable place, friendly staff, good location. Wifi works well. Nice cafes, 247 shop and massage salon nearby. There is also a large I in 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes on bike. Good coffee just across the street. Would highly recommend to everyone!

The cleanliness of this hostel was good as I got a clean place, and they have a great employee. Located in the center of all 711 places, 7-11, a food market, restaurants and a few minutes walk from combien beach.
