This is cute hotel with a bear theme. The staff of this hotel/hostel were wonderful and always has a smile when greeting guests. It was always a delight to pass the reception desk especially in the morning as they ensured I had enough water or if I needed to have my (private) room cleaned. The welcome drink was nice surprise.

I doubt it between 3 and 4 stars, but a fourth would be possible if the rooms were a little more spacious. When the dorm is fully booked, the room gets a bit packed. Particularly when you or someone else has to unpack your backpack in the room. A small rooftop swimming pool, a bar with affordable beers, washing machines and dryers, and super friendly and enthusiastic staff at the reception. They were very helpful and always kind to me. The location is very good, close to main attractions at patong beach.

The hostel is located in the prime patong beach area. The rooms are clean and the common area feels very relaxing. Most importantly, everyone is very welcoming at the hostel. Great experience staying at bearpacker hostel.

Great hostel, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom were clean. They gave a towel when you arrive. Soundproofed rooms so wasn’t noisy at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hostel just that bathroom very small and the bed was hard . Overall everything was good for those booking 4 room do bring a padlock along as cupboard provided without padlock . There also short cut to Bangla road. Nice view from the TOP as did not try the pool as it was small just for soaking not for Swimming

It was a really comfortable, clean, and friendly environment at the BearPacker hostel. The location was also perfect, Patong beach and street were simply a 2 minute walk from the place. The customer service was also phenomenal!
